Superfeet All-Purpose Support Medium Arch Insoles

I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

My size 3 feet needed a slight trim of the toes, otherwise they work well in my slippers. I did want them to go in my leather boots but found that, once they were in place, the upper part of the boot was too tight - not enough room for the insole and my foot. Having said that, my swollen heel is feeling very much better having worn the insoles in my slippers.

This is my second pair of Supafeet insoles. I heard about them after reading a blog about a bloke (Karl Bushby) Who is walking around the world & thought if they are good enough for that job, they're more than good enough for me. They last years/miles without giving way and losing their support. They may fell firm to your fingers, but your feet will thank you. I use these in a pair of Redback work boots every single day of the year, all day most days. I don't even think about my feet anymore, no rubs, hot spots or any other uncomfortable areas. For the price vs the time you are likely to have them it works out to be peanuts, rather than buying cheap throw away ones.

Review for the Blue Superfeet insoles - Initially I thought these were good but I have developed back problems since using them.These insoles are made of hard material and force you to create a bigger arch than you probably already have which was the case for me. Of course there is a chance these will fit you perfectly.However, I began to develop a pain underneath the arch of my foot after 10 days and a week later I started to develop lower back pain. These Superfeet insoles push your heal up about 1cm which in doing so tips you forwards which you then find you adjust for in your back by bending very slightly backwards. This slight movement backwards then crushes the bottom of your spine very slightly leading to what feels like a pinched or tight lower back and pain.For what they are and the pain they have brought me they are expensive. I would definitely not recommend them but would instead suggest spending the money and time finding shoes that are well made and fit properly. This is I feel an expensive painful solution to ill fitting shoes that is better fixed by buying a soft supportive insole that does not compromise the shape of your foot.

I hike a lot and have good quality Salomon hiking boots. Recently I had started to get blisters so decided to change insoles to see if it cured the problem and especially as I was just about to walk the Inca trail. Took a risk and put these in, short hike before departing but all was good and cured the blister problem. Easy to cut to fit and I would highly recommend

Good support for everyday use for folk with medium arch. I would not wear these for running or anything heavily active as I feel they are a bit too rigid for that and I would then consider a different insole. I have been wearing them on and off in my Asics trainers I use for every day use and they squeak and creak terribly, they are the same size as my original insoles and there does not appear to be any points of the insole that are pushing excessively against the internals of the show but they are noisy. Not noticeable in a noisy environment but in a quiet room or area you will get some funny looks.They also do not add as much volume to you shoes but I still would not place these over an existing insole, rip out the old one if glued down and replace with this. Not a fan of overlaying insoles as your feet never sit right in the shoe.Overall the best thing I have found so far for everyday wear in a shoe where I haven't gone up a size but does have a removable insole. For some you might require a break in period but if you already use insoles already then pop them in and go.

Perfectas para mis Brooks Ghost max 3, creí que tendría que recortarlas pero no. Aparte de eso, no me rozan la, zona de apoyo del dedo gordo y no tienen nada que envidiar a las del podologo. Hay diferentes colores según el grado de pie plano que tengas.

I walked the full Larapinta trail (over 230km including side trips) with these and didn’t get a single blister. Highly recommended.
