Replaced both my toilets with this since 1 was cracking and other broke. Very easy install. Set hook on 2nd hole. Didn't use the square rubber as regular rubber washer worked jus fine, zero gaps. Highly recommend. Looks modern over plastic handle.

There were two washers ( a square one and a round one). I tried to use both, but it did not allow the plastic nut to tighten & handle came off. The instructions only showed a square washer which is thicker., so I tried only the square washer. It didn’t fit well & I had to use a lot of pressure to get the nut to screw onto the handle. The handle appears secure, but now the water flow into the toilet to flush it is not consistent. The handle pulls the plug up, but allows the plug to fall back to cut off the water flow (sometimes too quickly). I have moved the chain to each of the three different holes & the result is always the same.
