As a certified personal trainer and YMCA employee who has been lifting for more than 5 years I see a lot of injuries. The 2 biggest ones at the gym are: 1. Rotator Cuffs 2. Knee pain The issue is that when you are using a leg press machine, when you lock out your legs at the top of the movement it puts ALL the weight directly on your knees/ankles/and joints. Never lock out. You should always keep a slight bend in your knees and then continue with the movement. Remember it's 1 set of 10 reps, not 10 sets of 1 rep! Anyways, to get to my point, there is a reverse in direction at the bottom of your squat/ leg press that is also very hard on your joints which is where knee wraps and sleeves come in handy. Rather than having a slow grind through the bottom of the movement, it gives you a slight and controlled 'bounce'. I received the medium pair and they fit just as expected. Very tight and a bit tricky to get on. ** Put them on inside out, roll them up just below your kneecap.. then flip them rightside up! Easy Peezy! The quality itself seems very good and study, and the package states that there is a '1 year no rip warranty'. Trust me when I say that in the next few months I will be putting these things to the ultimate test! I don't think i'll have any problem though! They seem like they're quality material vs a lot of other wraps on the market. Great work Clever Yellow! Lastly, I'll state that I enjoy these a lot more than knee wraps which either completely cut off my blood circulation or are loose and fall off after 1 set. These go on, stay on, and are tight enough to give a decent amount of spring to get through the bottom of the movement and save your knees! *Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Was shocked to see there was only one but it does say SINGLE on the pic. Only thing I would suggest is to include in title to reduce confusion. With that out of the way, I gotta say I enjoy this knee pad very much. I went for a trip out of country and knew I would be walking a lot and with my recent knee issues I decided to give these a try. I went with Medium size and was a little worried it would be too tight but I made the right choice. Good fit, not loose at all but not overly tight. Definitely helped me in my trip and I felt no pain at all. Only minor issue is after hours of walking, you will have to readjust but just a minor issue. Would highly recommend

I haven't had the knee sleeves for very long so I can't comment on the durability but so far the quality seems well made. I really like the neoprene material compared to the elastic cloth type (ace bandage type) knee sleeves. I feel the neoprene sleeves provide sturdier support for your knees when working out and for leg exercises. However, neoprene isn't a breathable fabric and you will sweat in them so I don't suggest these knee sleeves if you're looking for all day support. Sizing chart is fairly accurate, I ordered a size large and they fit well when I'm wearing shorts but are too tight to go over any sort of tights or joggers. I would probably order XL if I were ordering another pair to account for some wiggle room

I like it but I also have a copper sleeve one that is a little more comfortable. This one is good but it is a little thick & heavy but it works. I guess it depends on your comfort. Overall good product & good price. Just taking one star away because the other one u have us more comfy.

Perfect for what I need. Good support and a nice fit. They don't slip either. I measured a half inch into XL size range but got the L, and they are just right. About 2 weeks of every other day use of squatting and olympic lifting and they just now needed a washing. I had another (much more expensive) pair that needed to be washed almost daily - they didn't dry well and stunk! But these seem to resist holding moisture, so less washing necessary. For the price these are great!

Great sleeves, I've owned others that were much more expensive and these have been superior in every way. My question was why are the priced so low? My answer now is I don't care, I do know I'm buying a second pair and I bought a pair for a friend who loves them also. Go a size up if you wonder which way to go sizewise. My other sleeves were medium and after a year were all worn out. These are a large and seem to hold up to heavy lifting and high rep met cons just fine. Definitely 5 stars!

Im giving this product 5 stars because these things are bad ass! If i was rating the retailer that i bought them from it would be a very different story. I did my measurements according to the description and decided that i needed to order a Small. Well they sent me a pair of XL compression shorts instead. No biggie. It is xmas time afterall, they probably have tons of orders. They responded in one day and sent the knee sleeves 2day shipping. Good customer service for sure. Unfortunately, they sent XL knee sleeves. However, as luck would have it, i didnt notice until after i cut open the package..."Oops! might as well try them on," i thought. And they fit like a glove. Lol. Wtf. Well in a back asswards way i got what i needed. After my first squat session with these bad boys, i am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I feel way more confident and focused taking heavy weight to the bottom of my seat now. Not just stopping at 90' because my knees feel sketchy.
