Very good, worth it

First of all the product is really good, it cleans well. Evaporate really really fast, has a strong smell. Overall really nice, however the person who sold and despatched it needs a little more of care for their products, the packet was slightly torn, the bottle was really dusty from outside, The dust has layered up on the cap, dust can be feel on the bottle, like it was abandoned in some rack for years and they despatched it without proper cleanup, thus I feel little distrust about having it an expiry?
