I've been using this for 3 years (2 capsules in the morning) and i can tell a big difference in energy level if i miss a few days. What a great product! We wouldn’t be without Paradise Herbs Blend B-Complex as it’s Methylated which is far superior to run of the mill vitamin B products PLUS….. it’s derived from Food rather than synthetic chemicals! Good health benefits and good clean ingredients

Very effective & great value for the money. It does what b-complex supposed to do. The suggested use is taking two pills a day ( one in the morning & one around dinner time) taking two pills instead of one super loaded pill , suits the body better. Your body does not like heavy loads of anything & it could be harsh on your stomach, liver or kidneys. Not to mention, you need b vitamins in your system in the morning as well as at night . So, one pill in the morning & one at night is best to achieve what you want b- complex to help you achieve, in the first place. Plus, if it was just one pill a day, it would have been bigger which is not good for those who find big pills hard to swallow. Two or even three pills are always better for your body. I sometimes do not take two pills a day. It depends on my diet ( more red meat, certain veggies or certain types of sea food are loaded with b vitamins) & how active i feel or how relaxed / not stressed out i am. However, i do take two a day most days of the week.
