I did a little research on stick vacs, and although I did not know this brand, I looked on their website and the product reviews. Not a lot of information, however, I decided (based on other amazon customer reviews) that I would purchase. Have used it several times now and I am completely happy. The vac has good suction (I have a dog and two cats and lots of dust and sand), cleans well and the battery life is very good. (I can do my entire downstairs ceramic tile floor at least 3 times on one charge and it is quite a large area.) The green light is an added bonus - really shows up the dirt, dust and hair very well!!!

The wait worth it (waited to get it shipped from US to Dubai ) and it totally worth it. Great suction power, fair power life Good cordless vacuum option with reasonable price. Totally recommend it.

I got a faulty dust holder so I looked up customer service using the website and they have been very helpful. They have sent me a replacement without any hassle. The vacuums overall performance is good and I am very satisfied with the performance from this brand. Battery life is good too. But yes, they should definitely have a link/button on Amazon so that customers can click to reach out to customer service directly from here. To those who need help, definitely try the website. The customer service team are very responsive and quick. This is my second vacuum from this brand. I was happy with the first one which I used for more than 5 years. That’s why I got this brand again.

Okay this absolutely surprised us in the BEST way. We jokingly call the green light the “dust finder light” because it exposes EVERYTHING hiding on the floors 😭 The amount of dust, hair, and random debris this vacuum picks up is honestly wild, especially with a dog in the house. Every time we use it, we end up saying “where did all of this even come from?! ” The suction power is STRONG and it glides really nicely across our floors and rugs without feeling heavy or clunky. The anti-tangle brush has also been a huge plus with pet hair. Battery life has been solid for us and the bendable wand makes it so much easier to get under furniture without throwing out your back. Honestly, this vacuum can go toe-to-toe with the big name brands and give them a real run for their money. For the price, performance, and features, we’ve been super impressed. One of those purchases that makes cleaning weirdly satisfying 😂

Dès sa sortie de la boîte, j'ai été impressionné par sa qualité de fabrication et son design moderne. Son utilisation est très simple et intuitive. Même sans mode d'emploi, j'ai pu commencer immédiatement. L'aspirateur tient bien en main et est facile à manœuvrer, même dans les coins les plus étroits et sous les meubles. Sa puissance d'aspiration est vraiment impressionnante. Il aspire facilement la poussière, les cheveux et même les saletés les plus grossières sur tous les sols, des sols durs aux moquettes. J'apprécie particulièrement son silence étonnamment faible. J'ai été particulièrement agréablement surpris par les bons résultats de nettoyage sur moquettes. Cela est probablement dû à la combinaison de poils durs et souples sur la brosse rotative et à sa bonne puissance d'aspiration. Autre avantage : l'autonomie de la batterie. Je peux facilement nettoyer un appartement de 80 m² en une seule fois sans être à court de batterie. Le chargement est également rapide et facile. Vider le bac à poussière est hygiénique et simple. Le nettoyage et l'entretien de l'appareil sont également simples, ce qui vous fera gagner beaucoup de temps et d'efforts à long terme. Cela a rendu ma routine de nettoyage beaucoup plus facile et plus efficace.

De stofzuiger voelt heel stevig en degelijk. Hij zuigt goed. Door het lichtje zie je of je alles goed hebt opgezogen en de opvangbak is groot. Hele fijne stofzuiger, zeker voor deze prijs. Er was iets mis met de verzending, maar ik kreeg binnen een dag een vriendelijke reactie van ultenic en ze kwamen direct met een passende oplossing.

It worked once but it hasn't worked since. It came with a USA charging plug and I used another one I had that fit (AUS), so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I wouldn't think so because the charge light is on when it's charging.
