Nothing should replace the care of a licensed physician! I got this watch for it's sleep tracking mostly. The other features, especially the blood pressure is very useful. I've checked the readings against readings at a doc's office and it's either right on or off by one number. The sleep tracking will track sleep/naps all day. My only issue was that the watch band kept breaking. Since it was past the return window, but I really liked all of the features, I contacted the seller directly. I told them the issue and included the pics of the broken bands. They sent me a new one! It came in a couple of days. Overall, the customer service was AWESOME! As for the watch, if you use it for a general idea of where you are health wise, this really works.

Rudimentary functions that are reasonably accurate. It's nice to be able to see how many steps and quickly monitor my blood pressure for biofeedback. However, the drawbacks are that the charging cable is quite short, stiff, and obscure (tiny dual magnetic prongs), and the device doesn't respond to a charge pad. The magnetic bond is weak so charging is a chore to get right. There is no backup battery so once you lose charge, about 2.5 days for me, all data is wiped, including the time. Also, many of the functions are preset and cannot be changed without connecting it to a low-rated app. I specifically wanted a bio-measurememt device that did not share my info, so I've been stuck with someone else's ideas of best settings. While there is a timer function, mine makes no sound or vibration, another disappointment. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive FitBit-type device, and are willing to overlook the somewhat tedious maintenance, this does the job.

I'm very impressed with this device, and the customer support was incredibly helpful. I encountered an issue, and they provided quick and effective assistance, resolving the problem very rapidly. The device itself is quite good, offering features comparable to more expensive alternatives. While it has a set of core functions, you can personalize the features and the order of screens directly within the device's settings, without needing the companion app. I found the oxygen and pulse readings to be consistent with my other wrist meter device. Although I couldn't verify the blood pressure feature, the step count, calorie tracking, sleep monitoring, and travel distance all appear to function accurately. For data synchronization, the device connects via Bluetooth to its dedicated app. Please note that synchronization can take a moment; it's not instantaneous. The app also offers the convenient option to share your data with native Apple Health and Android health apps if you prefer. The device features a sharp, clear OLED screen. Through the companion app, you can select various watch faces that display your most recent data readings. I've configured mine for continuous monitoring, which does consume more battery, but you can also opt for manual readings as needed. Additionally, it includes several pre-set sport functions. Other notable features include customizable phone notifications, call alerts, and remote control for music applications. Overall, it's a decent device at a good price. It's important to understand that this is not a smartwatch where you can load additional apps. If you require more advanced features or app compatibility, you might want to explore other options within their line of smartwatches or bands.

I bought this in hopes that I would get expensive functionality for a good price. Of all the features, the only one that seemed to function was the step counter. I didn't bother to check it's accuracy before I returned it though. Heart rate: it checks periodically. You have to swipe to the heart rate screen to have it then take 10 seconds for it to be calculated. Same with blood pressure(not accurate at all). It will notice if you are exercising, but not until you are almost done. Battery life is a joke. I made the screen dimmer than default and the battery lasts 36 hours. It claims to last 96 hours. It is not even close. I want to wear it to bed for the sleep tracker, but every other day it must be charged. Speaking of charging, the magnetic connection is poorly executed. Once you get the weak magnets to attach, you have to be very very careful setting it down because it will easily disconnect. The sleep tracker was not accurate at all. Every day it tracked 2 hours late and told me I was sleeping while I was getting ready for work. The kicker is that this exact rip off product is available on temu for an even cheaper price. Right now I'm waiting for the inspire 3 to go back on sale. I missed the good Amazon sale while tsting this terrible temu tech.

This One is Different in a GOOD Way! What i wanted in a watch was keeping track of my steps, making sure my heart is not skipping a beat, my water was at 95% or higher. And the TIME in BIG letters so I could read it. Brightness is important so I can see it. THIS WATCH HAS IT ALL! easy to set up and only turns on when I bring my hand up toward my face. I was able to pick a watch face that instantly has the items I need to keep track of. Lots of pretty ones, but there were a couple of faces that I will upload if I go out to dinner and want to look a little more sophisticated. Right out of the box, I charged it overnight and in the morning I downloaded the app on my phone. You need to have Bluetooth ON and that's easy. Put watch on and when you OPEN the app, it looks for the watch and you hit PAIR keeping your watch and Iphone close to each other. Make sure your phone has at least 75% charge to make sure it goes smoothly and it will.

I love this fitness tracker, and the customer support is exceptional! I tried more than a handful of fitness trackers, and fell in love with this one. I really liked that I had a choice of dials, so I picked one where I could see the time, date, day of the week, weather, my steps, and battery level. I loved that the dial was much larger than the more expensive and more complicated Fitbit, yet it still fit nicely on my small female wrist. I love how you can adjust the brightness to so many levels, but what sinched the deal for me was the way I could push the sport of my choice to track my steps, calories burned, and heart rate. For example, I track aerobics, barre, mixed cardio, and folk dance classes, in addition to weight training. All this and much more from a relatively inexpensive fitness tracker. I just love this watch so much, but the band broke off after only 4 months of normal use. That's when I contacted the product's Customer Service folks via email, along with my photos of how the band broke with pieces of the watch inside it. Customer Service offered to send me a replacement free of charge. It arrived very quickly from the company. After that, I had many questions and customer service would respond within 24 hours with a solution for me. (Unfortunately, you can't call them, but their responses always included diagrams and steps that worked for me.) There are even many functions I don't use on this watch. I'm very impressed with the phone app too! I like to track my sleep every day, and today I found a diagram that broke down my outside walk into how many minutes were fat-burning, aerobic, anaerobic, etc. I think this watch is worth its weight in gold!

They break. We bought three now and the wristbands will break eventually. I did enjoy the sleep stats but I am not a watch guy and when it broke a second time I gave up wearing. My son’s third one broke after a couple months. There is no way to repair the band when it breaks so it is just trash at that point
