The smell is kind of weak but it is good for inside wear so that is why I get it & no it does not sell like ice. Look up the scent notes

Not a bad Cologne for Men. Fragrance lasted for awhile, enough time, I'd surmise. Smell was pleasant, in my opinion. It's value would definitely be up to you. Although Title says, Solid, it's a spray.
