Very good shampoo. Hassle free colouring of hairs. But make hair little hard. They should add some oil into the shampoo

I used the KetaGain hair color shampoo on my beard just to test it out. I have colored it several times in the past. I was using Koleston from Wella. I used to experience minor itching but it very minimal and tolerable. This was the first time that I tried KeraGain hair color shampoo. I was very optimistic because they claimed that it does not have Ammonia, PPD, Parebens, Mineral oils or Silicones. Therefore I was expecting minimal to no reaction. Unfortunately I experienced quite severe reaction with itching, swelling, and reddishness. I have never ever had such severe reaction ever before with any other (even much cheaper products). I was expecting a wonderful experience based on their claims, but it turned out to be a disaster. I had to consult a skin specialist and the consultation and medication cost me 950 rupees!! It took me 5 days to recover. What was even more disappointing was that I reached out to them on the Customer Care number and shared my experience with them. But they just didn't bother to respond ever after dozens of posts and calls. ☹️ DO NOT try this product if you have experienced even the slightest of reaction with any of the other brands you may be using or have used in the past!! Their claims about no PPD, no Parabens, no Chlorine etc. are totally false because if they were true the reaction would have been minimal! Based on my experience, I felt it my duty to warn you...the rest, is your decision 🙂

I have just unboxed the item. Its delayed delivery,was supposed to be delivered yesterday.Gloves seem to be third grade, no quality atall. Will post update on product after usage.3star for the idea of Coluring shampoo.It is not completely vegan or chemical free. Allergy test is important before application.
