I bought this family for my granddaughters to play with. My husband built a dollhouse for our daughter years ago, and now it will be for the children. Unfortunately, I hadn't kept the playmobil people (why??!). Anyway, I'm happy to have this family, plus the grandparents set. Be aware there are some VERY small pieces in the bag. I nearly threw out the daughter's hair bow and Granny's wrist cuffs. Check the bags thoroughly before you dispose of them. Very cute and well made!

My 2.5 year old is a BIG fan of all things Playmobil and was so excited to receive this little family (especially because she is becoming a big sister this year and was very excited about the little girl and baby family members). Great for the price and excellent quality.

I wish this family came with the house that they sell.
It's too bad that I needed to purchase this Caucasion family separately. I wanted a family that represents my family. The others that PLAYMOBIL forces you to buy, do not match MY family. Twenty dollars for these few pieces in addition to the purchase of a house.

Item good quality, ordering process not user friendly
While I am happy enough with the order, I ordered 1 but received 2. I was charged for 2 $ 31.50. This was my first experience (except for food items my husband has ordered). I f I can figure out how to return the item I did not want, I will. Very likely I will not order this way again. Interesting the above order notes I ordered one set of 4 for the price I expected. 1/2 of what I paid. I did actually realize this could be a problem when I received my order confirmation, it was already on the way by the time I read the confirmation . No paper return work with the delivery. Not user friendly for an old dinosaur/ me.
