I bought this Drill from another retailer and I have to say it performs brilliantly, the drill itself is very comfortable to hold and has plenty of power from is 1.5Ah battery back. I have read the other reviews and the bag it comes in is very space saving, I have quite a few other drills and find the plastic cases take up a lot of room I do agree with the other reviews that the drill bits and accessories do look on the cheap side but they do perform and for every day DIY tasks I found it to be useful inclusion, it certainly does not take away from the performance of the drill or the overall value at this price.

Decent quality drill
โฆ Box Contents โฆ โ Drill Unit. โ Detachable 18V 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery. โ Battery Charger. โ Assortment of drill & screw bits w/magnetic screw bit holder* (comes inside a plastic bag rather than a carry case). โ Instruction Manual. โ Carry Bag.** * The magnetic screw bit holder I received was quite cheap as it wobbles when spinning (yes I had it on properly). I don't have this wobbling issue when using any of the drill bits. ** The carry bag fits everything in neatly, however there's not much protection which a hard case would have provided more of. โฆ Quality & In Use โฆ Compared to some other drills I've held before, this one is actually pretty lightweight. The drill itself feels robust and has a decent amount of grip making it extremely comfortable to hold. The battery pack is easy enough to put on on however I found taking it off is another story. Even when holding the release button down, the battery pack still requires quite a bit of force to slide off; most of the time resulting in the battery flying out of my hand. A positive note about the battery though, is that it has a very handy power level bar which lights up when pressed. Inserting the drill bits is as easy as making... erm, eating pie (I can't make pie), just twist the chuck collar anti-clockwise to open up the chuck jaws, insert the required bit and twist the chuck collar clockwise until it's nice and tight (otherwise it will become loose). The drill has various settings: Hammer mode | rotary drilling mode | Screwing mode w/ torque settings 1-16. On-top is a variable speed slider (1 & 2) and on the side by the trigger is a button to change rotation direction. One of my favourite features this drill has is an LED light which lights up when the trigger is pressed, actually a very handy extra! The chuck also seems to have a special lock system in place, so when the trigger is released it stops rotating very quickly. Apart from the wobbling magnetic screw bit holder (you may want to buy a better quality one), this drill seems to do a darn good job. My drilling use may not be so extensive compared to others, however I've drilled quite a lot of holes in wood and it did it with absolute ease, definitely no qualms so far. โฆ Final Thoughts โฆ Apart from the drill & screw bits included which seem to be on the budget quality side (I'd recommend buying some better quality ones), the drill itself seems to be made of quite good quality. Would recommend.

This is a decent drill with a couple of nice features and a couple of odd ones that mean it sits somewhere in the middle for me. Quality wise this isn't at the top of the scale, hence the price, but it has performed very well with what I've thrown at it so far. It has three use settings: drill, screw and hammer-drill. There is a gear switch to alternate between high torque or high speed and the collar has ring that can be rotated to increase or decrease torque depending on what you are using it for. The battery has a power indicator so you can see how much charge there is and a belt hook so you can clip it to yourself rather than have to place it on the floor when you need both hands. I'm not quite sure what the purpose of the LED light in the handle is. It comes on when you press the trigger but it's not as though it lights up the area where you're actually drilling (but somewhere underneath it) so I could do without it. The drill comes in a soft bag rather than a moulded case which is a bit disappointing. Even worse, it comes with a small plastic bag of random drill bits and screw heads, about 6 of each which look pretty cheap. I'd say either include a proper set or leave them out altogether - I don't need a handful of drill bits floating around without a case or box. As I said though, the drill as a drill is fine. So far.

Good, general purpose drill, for domestic use
First impressions are good: well packaged and nicely built in a striking yellow and grey colour. Comes complete with a charger that only needs an hour to fully charge the drill. Working as a power drill, drill, and screw driver and able to drill holes in wood, steel and stone, this could be the only hammer drill you'll ever need! The handle is well shaped and easy to grip, with rubber overlays. Comes in a soft carry case, which brings me onto a common complaint: the bag looks cheap and the included bits and accessories even more so! They aren't great to use either and with no compartment in the bag for them, they just annoy! Shame because the drill itself seems pretty good, especially for the money! Well worth a look :-)
