Excellent water purifier at this range. Water is having good taste without any foul smell. There is no need to change filters for 2 years. Overall a great buy.

Amazing item, this is my 2nd RO from livpure. Completely satisfied, first RO is still working and almost 10 years old. Hoping to get same quality in this one too.

Good for taste and It's functionality is good Tds level of our water was above 300 and after installing it is 50 ppm

Never ever purchase this product and waste your hard-earned money. The product is somehow okay, but their service is horrible. In 2years, including the product price, I have almost spent Rs23k to Rs25k. It has so many problems, 1. Water leakage problem 2. LED stopped working within 1yr and 8months. 3. Multiple filters were damaged. I have purchased membrane and other filters alongside multiple iron filters. Most of the filters have already been replaced and they took money from me. 4. The tap has been broken. Even after complaining nobody came, so I have arranged a string to tie in there and pull it to take out the water stored in. But, due to the heavy water leakage problem, I am keeping it as switched off and fetching water from outside and sometimes buying water to survive. Service: 1. You have to call customer care to log your complain, and after that your follow-up starts. 2. If people from service center wishes then they will give you a call, else not. 3. If you follow-up with them or say the correct thing as you have already invested your hard-earned money on this product, they will start fighting with you. Today on 28May2020, it's been 3months now, water purifier's LED is not working. In March they told it'll take 8-10days to repair the same. But, nobody came. In March, I also said it has water leakage problem. The technician came and saw. He fixed, when got down to ride on his bike, the leakage started again. Called him again. Since then, it still has the water leakage problem. Last Sunday I called Customer Care to log a complaint, it's been 4 to 5days, nobody called or came. Tried to call on Monday again, but call wasn't connecting from the registered number. But, call got connected once I used a different number. Maybe, they blocked my number even though I requested politely in last call. Bablu Elctric from Beliaghata, Kolkata, is a third class service provider. They are the 3rd party who are providing service on behalf of Livpure. I purchased an AMC last year with Rs4000 but they do not even come to inspect the issue or the product. If you chase them, they start fighting with you verbally and say that they have plenty of work so they will come after 1 or 2days, but unfortunately, they never come and you need to follow-up again. It's been just 2years and I am purchasing another water purifier from Kent as it has been a pain in my neck. Better you go for Kent grand or survey within your circle or contacts, take feedback and then buy a water filter. Else, buy 20ltrs of water barrels, it may take more effort but at least you will not have this pain in the neck or you'll not destroy your hard-earned money.

Overall great experience.. but have purchased after reading the reviews,but Livpure should more work on the taste... Day by day taste is getting changed. But overall great experience with the product, delivery, and services.

I bought this water purifier 5 months back and gave enough time to write review about it. I started with 5 star ratings and went down to 3. I will put detailed analysis on why you should or should not buy this water purifier. PROS 1. Excellent build quality. 2. Looks modern and stylish than other purifiers 3. Excellent services. Atleast I can confirm it for Mumbai and Nagpur. 4. Automatic power cut off and on as per water level in tank 5. Easy to remove and reinstall. Very easy and you no need to call service guy if you have screw driver and drill machine 6. Excellent delivery and service by Amazon. CONS 1. Too much water waste. This is the huge downside of this product. On an average to filter 7 ltrs water, the back wash (water that goes out from RO membrane) comes around 3 ltrs. But contrary to this, I observed 10 yo 13 ltrs on every single filter cycle. If you hate water wastage and can't see water flowing out through your wash basin then it may give you sickness. 2. No TDS controller. I could not get the reason why there is no TDS controller in this purifier. Though they have given the slots to fit external if you want to. But RS 200 device would have make this product more worthy. If your existing water TDS is less than 450 ppm then you need TDS controller because when this water gets filtered it reduces to 15 ppm which is not the healthy water to drink. Controller alloWS you to adjust TDS and keep water at safe TDS. 3. Slow water purification To filter7 ltrs you would need to wait for 45 mnts to 1 hr. That's preety high compared to other. 4. Storage capacity 7ltrs is not enough for 5 members family. Especially in summer it is very small quantity. You may need yo store water to fulfill the need. CONCLUSION To reduce its water waste you need to install external TDS controller. This will help yo adjust the ppm to safe level and reduces water outflow. Install external sponj filter as well. This will improve your RO membrane life. Overall good product with manageable and reducible CONS Thanks for reading Anand

Good product, low on maintenance costs.. working good for bore water as well. Overall nice product to get installed for Municipal and bore water
