Fluid Film really works and protects your vehicle and other steel items like garden equipment from rust. I have been coating my truck with this since purchasing in 2007. 300K miles and 17 years later in New England winters without any rust. The sprayer attachment is a bit messy but allows you to get inside frame rails and panels. Cheap insurance against early frame failure.

Nice undercoating, goes on easy (but it is somewhat messy so wear latex gloves when applying) and one can goes a long way plus, unlike other undercoating products, it don't stink, big plus in my book. I did my wife's Suburban with ONE can. Not bad at all. It will drip so be apprised of that and don't apply it in your garage or it will drip on your clean floor. I did mine outside in the gravel driveway. Gonna do my pickup truck next. 4 can pack will do every vehicle we own. I'm impressed.

This stuff works great

I had heard of Fluid Film but this is the first time I've purchased it and used it (spray can). I decided on black so it would match my GX460 frame and the new rubber fender liners I was installing, after reading the liner manufacturer recommending Fluid Film on their neoprene parts. The Fluid Film sprays on easily, and wipes with a rag evenly; just don't let it drip or it could be messy. For those coating the entire underbody of their vehicles with this stuff, I can see why! Water beads and it leaves a beautiful black color on the metal parts; looks great. I may purchase more and start to gradually coat the underbody as I have rust spots that this looks like will really protect. I'm giving it 4 stars due to price--the black is very expensive compared to the original and if there is a bulk option that is less expensive for a large job, that would be the way to go.
