Bike Mat, Exercise Mat for Carpet & Hardwood Floors, Cushioned, Black

This bike was advertised as being for the elderly and I am not quite there yet but do have to take it easy due to injuries I’ve sustained. This is perfect! It’s so quiet and easy to transport. I’m a night owl and can use this in the bedroom without waking up my husband (however, I prefer to plop it in front of the tv in the other room and get lost in one of my shows). It was easy to put together and folds up nicely. It fits perfectly in the corner of the room beside the couch or in a normal sized closet. After about 30 days, using it on average 30 min a day, I’ve noticed an improvement in my joints and overall mobility. Great for at home physical therapy.

I love this. Its manual adjustment and the screen doesn't light up but its quick to assemble by yourself. One of the assembly steps came pre-assembled so it took me a minute to figure that part out ( I think it was one of the electrical wiring steps). Once assembled and batteries installed i think ot took me like 60 minutes total. It is very easy to move around, it has a handle on the front end, isn't too heavy to pick up, has rear rolling wheels, very narrow so it can squeeze down a hall or around a corner. And best of all: its WHISPER QUIET. Other than the beeping, it doesn't make a single sound. The only weird thing about it is that the tracking doesn't automatically reset. You have to press to reset it every time you get on if that's something important to you.

Bought this to gounder the stationary bike we had just bought. It is not thick but is sturdy. I can even run my vacuum over it with no damage. It protects my rug and keepa the bike from sliding on my rug. Highly recommend.

I’ve only had it for a month it rides well . I am 5’5 and have a slight problem getting off of it my foot hits the bar.

My Pilates reformer isn’t sliding all over anymore! I didn’t want a long ugly mat just something I can move easily, which these perfect for! I move my reformer daily so we will see how these hold up to continuous movement and shifting. The only negative is that it is stuck rolled up on the edges from how it was packaged but I’m sure over time it will flatten.

Good thing to avoid scratching the floor. Not necessarily scratches, but also prevents scuffs on the floor. And maybe dampens some of the noise from the bike trainer
