Quick note on the Lipozene. I needed something to help curb my appetite while I try to take some LBS off. I heard about Lipozene and read the reviews. My biggest problem is over eating and snacking. This is an appetite suppressant and literally within 2 days, my appetite was way down. I followed the instructions to the letter, still ate breakfast, lunch and dinner, but after that 2 days...I noticed I wasn't reaching for the snacks. I would look down at the clock and realize it was time for lunch...and I didn't have that "morning snack" that I loved so much...and just went to the next meal. Lunch to dinner was the same way...and MOST IMPORTANT for me....was the after dinner...watching TV on the couch..."I wonder what we have to eat" feeling....gone...completely. 1 month in, I'm on my 2nd dosage....with proper eating and exercise, I have lost 22lbs already. I have a lot more to go, but this is a great start, and I truly feel I can get over my food addiction with the help of my appetite being suppressed.

This product should work the first time it is taken, because the pills are supposed to expand in your stomach. I took it the first time 30 minutes before my meal and noticed no difference at all. I took it the next morning 30 minutes before I had a thin protein shake and I was still hungry after the protein shake. I then immediately ate some protein chips and within an hour I was literally starving, growling stomach and all. What gives? I expected this to expand in my stomach and make me full (if the caution on the bottle is that it can expand in your throat!). I'm sending back, not going to waste any more tries on this. Besides, there is already a lawsuit against Lipozene because the main ingredient in this can be found in other products that are WAY cheaper. Don't waste your time and money on this. Do your research.

This product took a while to start working for me. (I feel it takes a lot of things a while to affect me) I know it is supposed to make you feel fuller and eat less, but it didn't really do that for me at first , I LOVE food and I tend to over eat. About a week and half into taking the pills I noticed I was becoming more full and eating less. I haven't noticed a weight loss, I also haven't weighed myself lol, I wasn't aiming for tracking weight loss I was aiming for trying to eat less and curve my over eating, which this is helping with. The extra boost pills seem to help a tad with energy, also again I feel certain things don't effect me, (energy drinks, things along that line) or I just need I higher dose of it to feel the effect. I take the pills in the morning when I wake up, and I have noticed the difference in myself as far as having the energy to do more then I usually do. All in all the product is fare. IT REALLY ISNT FOR THOSE WANTING TO LOSE LESS THEN 10 POUNDS. I've seen a lot of reviews saying that it didn't help them lose weight. This product is more for overweight people.

I've been taking these pills for about 5 days now and I haven't weighed myself yet because I want to wait a month but I can already tell that they are working! My family has seen that I've lost a couple pounds an I will continue to take the pills, I thought they wouldn't work at first because all the bad reviews I've seen but they absoutlely work , I'm hardly ever hungry when before I would eat just to eat. I have so much energy and when I go to the gym I run my mile in 5mins when it use to take me 15mins , the metabo up plus is so amazing, my work outs are feel so great now after I'm finished in covered in sweat and I feel so satisfied. I have changed my eating habits as well, no junk food no fried foods and no fast food, I eat 3 meals a day with a snack in between. Only take the metabo up TWICE A day don't take anymore than that or you will be bouncing off the walls. Honestly guys this pill does work but you also have to diet and exercise as well if you really want to see the results. I'm 5'9 and last time I weighed myself I was 187 pounds, I want to be 150 so of course I have a ways to go but I know it's possible and it will be quick. i will post BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES once I get to my goal weight and I will update my review with how long it took. Also I have had no side affects, DRINK LOTS OF WATER these will make you so thirsty. You can also find these pills for cheaper in wal mart, didn't find that out until after I got it.

As many other reviews have stated, this is not going to work for everyone. It absolutely did nothing for me as far as weight loss. By the time I finished the second bottle, I had actually GAINED 3 lbs. I will say it does work as far as curbing appetite. You can go a long time without eating, and when you do eat you don't need very much to feel full. Unfortunately, this did not translate into weight loss. On a side note, I hate products that say that you need diet & exercise for best results. If I was dieting and exercising, why would I need a product in the first place? When I set my mind to it, I can lose around 5 lbs/week watching what I eat and working out 3 times per week - no supplements needed. The whole point of Lipozene, according to the product advertisements, is that you don't need to do any of that. WRONG!
