I used this product for around 8 months. The product quality was decent, but it stopped working after some time. I then claimed the warranty. However, the replacement product I received was not even a Boat product. When I contacted customer support, my experience was very poor. The warranty claim process is disappointing, and the customer support team was not helpful. They did not clearly inform me that I needed to submit images within a specific time limit. Because I was not aware of this deadline, my claim was denied.

I am using it for long time now and found it to be very nice... Clear... Durable... Value for Money...

Pros: 1. Sound quality is amazing, I mean it is really amazing,and 2. Super punchy bass , Music feels really amazing, 3.ANC works amzing 4. Bluetooth range is amazing , Within 10 meters it works absolutely fine ,no disruption 5. Buds charge really fast so do case. 6. Ear fitting is also perfect. The buds fit perfectly in ear. 7. Connectivity is amazing too. Open the case and switch on your phone's Bluetooth, Voila ,it is connected within 2 seconds or less Cons: 1. Case quality is worst of all. If you shake the case just a little bit ,you can hear the sounds of internal components hitting 2. Don't use it while running or gym. Its touch portion is metal, even a drop of sweat falling from face that just touches it , is able to turn it off on its own. And trust me it is really annoying. In that case you have to first wipe the earbuds touch panel with a clean dry cloth and the switch it on 3. You can never know whether the case is discharged or not. Put buds wait for 10 mins and then connect it to your phone if battery percentage does not go up then the case is discharged. Yes its hit and trial method just to know that if the case is discharged or not. 4. Case is plastic and can easily be scratched. I suggest buying a silicon case just for earbuds case to keep it safe. Overall its a decent earbud in this price range.
