Portronics Retro Phoni 3 On-Ear Wired Handset for Calling with 3.5mm (Black, with Mic) Retro Phoni 3 On-Ear Wired Handset for Calling with 3.5mm (Black, with Mic)

Amazing product, this the second one after using the first one for more than 5days I thought of buying one for my brother. I am always on calls at office and it is such a pain to speak since the phone starts heating a lot even the best flagship phone in the market. This handset is a big relief. No need of batteries or additional charger...etc the sound quality is superb. I strongly recommend for heavy call users.

A lot of disturbance on the phone within few days of usage. The other side on call hears a lot of static noise which prevents audibility and also a shrill noise which is very irritating for them. Have stopped using it since then. A waste of money.

Good

The idea is good and it works too with any mobile that has a 3.5mm port Unfortunately the quality is poor. Received old 2019 stock where the soft rubbery finish on the handset has started to degrade and become sticky. Then the handset itself was rattling and opening its two screws revealed two pieces of dead weight inside that had broken off from their seat. Apparently the weights were added to give the impression of heaviness/ quality but sadly a big fail. Had to trash these weights that left the handset virtually weightless. Sound quality is average or below average. Only the cable seems good. Overall nice idea, poor implementation. Had this been constructed well with premium materials, it could be a desirable accessory with spoken benefits, but now its just a toy that would probably be used at home for a few days before the stickiness increases or more likely it will be trashed or given away soon.

Purchased 7 months back, all was good suddenly the earpiece stopped working the other party could hear as the mouth piece was working. Asking for a replacement from Amazon and Portronics, hopefully they'll be able to honour quickly.

Not clear voice output. Lots of noises in the background. Don't buy this product.

Phone audio quality is good, however, the plastic is not up to the mark and it became sticky over a period of time. Phone exteriors completely became rubbery and become sticky as we could not hold it any more but throw it out.

Simply loved this product... Excellent build, light weight and good quality. It has got very soft build which gives a premiuim feel. Even the call transmission and reception is good. This is a must product for the people who spend hours talking on their cellphone. This can also be a unique gift for your loved one as this product reduce the radiation and heating up caused during talking on mobile in tradition way. This is best buy for a gadget under Rs.500.
