What is difference between gb 101 and gb102 model of Rossmax BP monitors

GB 101 Does not Contain stethoscope while as GB102 Model contain stethoscope

Does it show both systolic and diastolic pressure?

Yes, but you have to learn how to measure these. Systolic is the reading you note when you hear the first sound on Stethoscope when releasing pressure. And Diastolic is the reading you note when you stop hearing Lub Dub sound. Hope this helps.
