Very useful supplement for our body
I really think everyone should be taking a vitamin B complex. here are so many benefits to taking one.These vitamins are important to our brain and nervous system.As someone who suffers from anxiety,I find taking a daily vitamin B complex helps to reduce the amount of anxiety.The pills are a not big at all so it makes it easy to take them.They also do not have any weird kind of taste. Overall good supplement.

Worst B-complex
Very bad and pungent smell. You can smell it from 100 mtr, that much strong smell. I cant even stand it nearby, let alone eat it.

Really prove a magic
These Capsules have really prove a magic for me, because Now I have no more worry about my hairs and skin.By use of these capsules now i got a good result and I really want to use these capsules in my daily routine. I face a lot of vitamin deficiencies and also get pimples regularly, bought this product as it had all required vitamins and even collagen which is found in few products,i use too many products in past to get the vitamins that are available in this. Use this from last few months.Beneficiary for skin and nails also. It is one of the few products which covers all the aspects. Go for it.

Even bcomplex from medicne store is much better
it have only rda dosage but in suppliment form we need atleast 5x of dosage. I have to take took pills to make it work. its not for those who are deficient in b vitamins
