Great knives for domestic kitchens.
Just mildly annoyed, when I specifically ordered for black colour handles, some bright spark over there sent me red handle knives. Either, careless or colour blind? Tough call. Victorinox is a trusted name for us professional chefs. No problem with the blade and everything else. Recommended.

I literally purred in delight! The bread knife though small and narrow does a great job slicing hard breads too. I bought this for carrying on road trips as I wouldn’t want a large chef knife at such times. The peeler is yet to be used. I use most vegetables with skin so I will not be using it much. The smaller knife is sharp and smooth. Highly recommended. Be careful while using as it is really sharp.
