Gala Spin Mop Extendable Handle/Stick Rod with Microfiber Refill (150750), White & Blue finish

The new design of the mop head is really good. In the old design the lock was just a dimple which used to get worn out after sometime of use. But this new design is fantastic. The mop head fits my old tub of another make , properly. Durability will come to know after using for a year. Material seems sturdy

After few months later, its stoped working, not good materi, its poor Quality as compared to market. Not expected from sunch branded It's poor performance than local one. I only buy due brand name and warranty. Plz replce my mop, its not spinning.

After 3 months the stick is stopped working and not coming back mop is auto pull out the refill as after sucking water that become heavy and unable to hold in the blue plate section causing detached. 20 days trying to reach on their customer care number every time the-call is just waiting and no one answers ( auto disconnected after 20 minutes). One another number which mentions on the package is becoming switched off. Dropped multiple mails to customers care email but nothing coming back. Multiple bounce emails and some went through as well but no one turned up. Amazon people assured to resolve but even after 10 days nothing happened and every time another 72 hrs timeline shared. Guys don’t buy such products who offer great one year warranty but after selling nothing will happen as everyone will be out of reach. It’s better to buy any other local brand and need gala to be closed from India. On the fame of make in India products such companies are making fool and cheating people with selling third class product on higher margin and we people who want to support india getting cheated by such makes. Be aware by buying this brand.

The new handle is quite stiff... So when I have to rinse the mop, I need to put in a lot of force to push it down... So by the time I rinse it, say 3 times, my arm starts to pain... The basic Gala spin mop bucket also has a design problem... The white agitator head/plate becomes weak with time... So rinsing becomes difficult as the mop head keeps slipping from the agitator plate... So, this problem plus the new handle being stiff - is making my Gala spin mop bucket experience a really bad one nowadays... I think newer models of Gala spin mop bucket- like the Gala Rhino or the Gala Aqua do not have the agitator plate...they just have the agitator rod at the base of the bucket...this should eliminate the problem of the mop head slipping off the agitator head.... Also, other brands like Prestige, Scotch Brite etc also do not have agitator plates, may be for the same reason...

Good product. Price could be less around 300-400rs. I have ordered the not so branded but did not work as expectation. So had to order gala ignoring the fact it is expensive.

I really wanted to love the Gala Spin Mop, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. 😕 Here’s what didn’t impress me: ❌ Handle feels flimsy: The extendable handle doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d hoped. It’s a bit wobbly, making it harder to get a good grip during cleaning. ❌ Microfiber Refill Quality: While the microfiber is soft, it doesn’t absorb as much water as I expected, which means I end up mopping a second time in some spots. ❌ Difficult to wring out: The spinning action isn’t as smooth, and it takes more effort to wring out the mop than it should. I’ve had better experiences with other spin mops. The white and blue design looks nice, but sadly, looks aren’t everything. It’s just not as efficient as I’d like for regular cleaning tasks. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for a high-performance mop. It’s fine for light cleaning but struggles with more thorough jobs. 😔
