Healing Properties
My ancestors and grandma and mom have been using burdock root for as long as I can remember to help reduce constipation. Helps with heartburn and digestive issues it does help with sleep but it's main purpose is digestion. It does taste a little woodsy so I would suggest mixing it in a smoothie or like a soda or something that has a pungent taste if you don't like the flavor of it. Or you can use it in cooking. I usually just take two to three drops under my tongue everyday. I will definitely recommend for Better Health

Effective and tastes good
I have sensitive renal and urinary systems which are prone to issues. I wanted to get something that was natural, safe to take daily, and effective in helping me stay healthy. I did a lot of research and kept coming back to burdock root, so I gave this product a go. As far as tinctures go, this is the most palatable one I've personally consumed to date. The flavor is like raisin or prune juice in my opinion--I sometimes even put it in my smoothies to give some sweetness. I wouldn't even say it has an "earthy" flavor like most plant root products I've tried, it has a noticeably sweet taste (and I'm still kinda amazed by that). Flavor aside, this has helped sustain good health in my mentioned bodily functions. Very pleased!

Easy to take
Burdock root is a good source of antioxidants that help protect your cells from damage and reduce inflammation. The burdock root combined with dandelion, cleavers, and lymphatic herbs helps in controlling fluid retention. The combination has worked well for me, BUT AS ALWAYS - check with your physician before starting an herbal approach if you are taking prescribed medications.

Not Sure
I used this product, but little to no results. I can compare as I've used this root extract many times but with different companies and received faster, noticeable results.
