Great value and great customer service
The red light wand works great and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I had a problem with the device charging / battery after almost a year (within weeks) and reached to inquire as to service. They replied almost immediately and no questions asked sent a new unit so quickly it arrived on my door step literally a day later. Would 100% recommend the red light therapy device (we use for longer than the 20 minute timer normally X2 and always at the highest setting as close to the area as possible for the best results) and this company to anyone.

Won’t charge. Bummer.
When I first got this, I didn’t have any pain going on, so I tested to make sure it worked but didn’t use it extensively. Didn’t ever even charge it. It’s been a while since then and due to over exercising I now have bursitis in my hip. My chiropractor recommended red light therapy and I thought, aha! Finally I can use my red light device. Used it three nights (it still had a decent charge, even after all this time) and it seemed to work really well. But then I tried to charge it. Nope. It will NOT charge. Not with the cord that came with it or any other cord in my house. Makes me very sad, because I think it was really going to help.

Exactly as described. Good value.
Good Red Light product. It provides either continuous or pulsed Red and NIR light. Soothing. The handle is a little slippery and somewhat awkward because of the square-ish shape, but that is a minor problem compared to the cost.

Useless if battery won’t charge.
Purchased in Jan 2025. Now June 2025 and it won’t charge. Had plugged in all night, zero battery life. Tried another cable, no difference. I’ve changed my review from1 star to 4. The company stood behind their product, I had a new one in my possession within a week. Would have given 5 star had I not needed to take time for the failure and wait for new one to arrive.

So far so good on knee pain
I twisted my left knee when my right foot got trapped in an unexpected rut walking across the famous Shiboya crossing in Japan. Go figure. Off and on, I keep reaggrevating my left knee. Short of icing the knee down, I thought this red light therapy may help reduce inflamation or relax tissue. I like the 2 light modes with continuous and pulse mode. The timer default is 20 minutes. I can increase or decrease output level with the various infrared frequencies. I like having a case that fits the device, cable, power adaptor and accompanying blue glasses. I don't stare at the red light. But on initial use I spot check where I'm moving and placing the device. So having the glasses on allows me to see where I need to position the device. Usually I just take a quick peak. I sit at my desk and I'm shielded from the red/infrared light. After 5 - 20 minutes sessions, then I still have 50% power. I use before I go for a 15mile bike ride and shortly after my ride. I feel that my knees seem loser before I ride even if I don't stretch enough. Afterwards, I don't feel as fatigued. I'm staying away from harder activities as how I hop into my truck or playing basketball. The bike riding motion is more or less like the physical therapy on a stationary bike anyway. I still feel a bit of soreness more from the muscles and tendons, but not nearly the same level on the top of the patella any longer. My knee doesn't feel warm to the touch after a 20 minute session. But it feels warm under the skin, at the tissues if that makes sense. But hopefully the red light therapy continues to help speed up recovery.

Well-designed red-light therapy device with different wavelengths but super expensive.
Red light device: Note: As far as I know, all the benefits of red-light therapy are under investigation and not completely proven yet. This is a solid and fantastic red-light therapy device with a great visual design as well. The device has a total of 16pcs at 660nm, 4pcs at 810nm and 4pcs at 980nm and they all operate at the same time when using the device. This red-light therapy is rechargeable and does not need batteries which is great that you don’t have to sit next to an outlet while using it. The charging is very convenient and fast enough as well with the USB cable that comes with this light. The cable is also super long which is surprising. There are four buttons on the device; on/off button, power to change the intensity (four power levels, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%), mode to switch between continuous and pulse mode and timer that you can choose up to 60 minutes. This gives you much more control than most others I have seen. The LED display makes it easy to customize your treatment, and the built-in timer feature ensures that you won't overdo it. The LED is also super bright and easy to see plus the large sizes on the LED makes it easier for people who have difficulty reading smaller fonts. Sunglasses: It is a relatively cheap pair of sunglasses, but they do the job of protecting your eyes while using this device. You just need to be careful with them since they may break with the slightest force. Overall, the device is one of the best I have seen but it is super expensive (currently at $238.99). I would recommend it if the price is not a deal-breaker but there are also cheaper devices that do the same job for most applications.
