Cut Upto 1/2 Inch Long Reach Pruner

I bought this hoping it would make my life easier to pick my squash blossoms and it absolutely did! It also helped speed up the process of clearing out my figs trees.. It will cut and hold anything with a decent stem like my pears. Seems pretty durable but i personality tied back the locking mechanism bc it would slide into locked position depending on the angle it was being held. This has become my most prized tool in the garden and 100% satisfied i bought it.

Quite frankly, I wasn’t expecting much from this pruner, but I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I can get done with it. This is now one of the most-used tools in my yard. I’m petite, but I can easily use it with one hand, and it’s strong enough to cut branches up to 1/2" thick. I use it to prune my Ficus hedges and citrus trees, and even to pick lemons.

This is a well made tool for cutting small limbs and shrubs. I used it on by holly bushes. Using only a hand pruner, I end up with cuts and scrapes and bleeding profusely. With this 4 foot extension, I can reach all the shrub, cut it to a uniform height, and place it in a wheel borrow with out my hands or arms touching the stick ends of the plant. No more bending over or reaching across the top of the shrub either. I cut the time for pruning in half and was not nearly as tired when I finished. The cutter blade is very sharp and can handle up to 1/2 inch limbs. The cutter head will rotate 90 degrees to prevent me from twisting my hand to get to vertical limbs. The cutter blade can be locked shut easily to keep it safe when storing or transporting it. In summary this is the most usable tool I have purchased lately and I am very happy with it's performance.

Much better than expected given the low price! Super easy to use, no assembly and makes easy work trimming those branches just out of reach. My only issue was that after 4 days of intensive yard cleanup, the pin holding the mechanism fell out. Had to hunt thru the grass to find the 3 pieces, but once found, went back together easily. I’m quite happy with this despite that one little glitch. If I had not found the pin & screw, it would still work, just wouldn’t store with blade closed.

I love, love, love this pruner! It is perfect for trimming the rambling rose that covers a wall on the front of our house. It is remarkably light weight, a sharp blade cuts well and then grabs the vine that has been cut so we don't have to reach and pull it down with our hands. The mechanism is easy to use. Brilliant! I don't dread trimming like I used to when using a heavy pole trimmer with a rope to pull to activate the cutter. I could not be more pleased.

This GARTOL pole pruner is a great for my backyard. It is incredibly lightweight and doesn't tire out my arms. The cut-and-hold feature works great. It grips gently so it never drops stuff on the ground. I absolutely love the 180 degree rotating handle because it lets me change cutting angles instantly without twisting my wrists awkwardly. It feels sturdy, clips smoothly, and saves me from constantly hauling out the heavy ladder. Definitely worth the buy if you have citrus or apple trees!

Light weight and the hand release is great. Easy to use by anyone.

I trimmed for a little bit with it and the safety pin just fell out on its own with light use. Now it won't lock. Have to return with quality concerns. I was really enjoying how light it was and how easily it cut but now it can't be stored safely

The one is amazing, light weight, sharp and easy to use. I love the part that it holds the cut off stem, it really help to save a lot of time to clean up and makes the job much more easier. Love it!

This pruner is very light, strong and easy to use. It is a very valuable tool to help you in the garden. I use it to deadhead the climbing roses (which are very tall)
