KitchenAid Variable Speed Corded Hand Blender with Blending Pitcher, Whisk and Chopper Attachments, KHBV83ER, Empire Red

I’ve just started using this KitchenAid hand blender , and I’ve been really impressed with the results. It blends smoothly, handles a variety of tasks, and the variable speed control makes it easy to get just the right texture. The weight is just right not to heavy for long use. The accessories are convenient and high-quality, too. I like that is corded and do not have to worry about charging a battery. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far, this brand has never let me down. Everything feels durable and well made, and it’s become my go-to tool in the kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile hand blender!

This immersion blender is a great little workhorse. I like it so much I bought another for my mom as a gift. Love that it comes in multiple cute colors too. It makes quick work of creamy, blended soups and sauces, and it’s easy to clean as well. I also really like that you can remove the plastic pot guard. While I’m sure it’s useful to prevent scratching non-stick surfaces, I don’t like the idea of introducing plastic into my hot foods. Since we use cast iron and stainless steel cookware the plastic guard is something we never really need and I’m glad I can opt out of using it. Overall a fairly lightweight unit that is easy to use, and the button doesn’t take too much pressure to keep it activated either, which is nice. It seems like it has plenty of power and has never bogged down. Hopefully it will last us a long time.

This hand blender is great. The quality is excellent, it feels solid and well-built like you'd expect from KitchenAid. It's very easy to use, the variable speed control gives you nice control over whatever you're blending, and the attachments are handy. Cleanup is a breeze too since everything comes apart easily and rinses clean. Highly recommend.

This is a great upgrade for my previous immersion blender. This thing works great and does a fantastic job blending. All the attachments make this well worth the money.

Very nice product. It's reliable and effective, and frankly I think that a corded product is more appropriate for a tool like this. You can't have a battery run dry when you're cooking. Couldn't be happier with the product. Bonus points for cool retro color. I grew up with that shade in the late 60's/early 70's and it's neat to revisit it.

I bought this to replace my old one and so far it is living up to the KitchenAid brand. I really like the container and chopper in this set and the piece to protect pan surfaces. Everything works as intended. The only negative so far is using the immersion blender on ice. My son was not happy with crushing ice in his shake. For this reason I couldn't give it a 5 star.

This is such an easy product to use. I use this for small meals, it's good quality and not too loud. The speed is just as good as a hand mixer with 2 mixing wands. Cleaning is really quick and easy, you can put it in the dishwasher on the 2nd level. The plastic is durable, buy if put on the bottom shelf, it may melt.

I was replacing a broken stick blender and settled on this KitchenAid model with the accessories. While this isn’t the cheapest blender found on Amazon, it is the most trusted brand on Amazon (my opinion). This blender is sturdy and surprisingly quiet. Wire whisk attachment will come in handy for making dressings, whisking eggs and making whipped cream for desserts. Chopper is a decent size for smaller tasks like chopping herbs or nuts, dicing onions, etc. and has a no slip base. 4 cup covered pitcher is marked in metric and imperial increments, bottom has a no slip base. This stick blender with the accessories would actually be a great choice for someone with limited kitchen space or finances - buying a chopper, whisk, measuring cup and a stick blender separately would cost much more than what I spent here. Happy with this purchase.
