I have spilled some of this product around my screenwash reservoir hole while filling it. Is it a problem ? Should I do something about jr ?

No I wouldn’t worry about it it’s not that toxic or corrosive I shouldn’t do any harm to the car I do this quite a lot if you’re worried just pour some fresh water over it to dilute the stain

Is this washer just for the windshield or Can you use to clean mirrors ?

This product is mainly for the car window washer fluid to add to your window washer tank, but if you wanted to use it for cleaning the windows, I guess it would be okay. But would better to put in the car window washer tank.

Does is say if it is safe on paintwork and trim?

Not really sure but to be completely honest I will not be purchasing again as it wasn't effective enough in keeping my windscreen clear "all seasons". So to answer your question I don't think it will damage your paintwork at all.

The smell of this product is awful, like gone off red wine. Pls advice
