Best cough medicine out there. Typical cough medicine taste but nowhere near as strong as others, fairly easy to take and no long lasting after taste. I have been using for a sore throat and it has soothed it immensely. My hubby started with a chesty cough and it has also helped with this as well. Will be keeping some in stock and recommending to everyone.

Product great but drive simply left on doorstep seconds after knocking - and had the nerve to say he'd handed it to customer. Sorry but there is no other way of complaining about deliveries.

Quite bit more expensive than my normal discount store choice, which works excellently but definitely is an acquired taste (I believe that's because it contains squill, which can actually prove harmful to certain people). This one is definitely worth paying the extra for, as it works faster to stop irritating persistent coughing, whether dry & tickly or chesty and mucousy, as well as soothing a sore throat; and to add to that it actually tastes PLEASANT! The feeling in one's mouth is silky and smooth rather than stinging or burning - think a cuppa heavily laced with honey, or if you're into whisky, the Glayva liqueur, for texture. I just bought a second bottle today in case it should prove difficult to buy due to all this Trade Wars stuff: I don't intend to ever not have a spare bottle in my cupboard.

What really impressed me is that it works across the whole family. No fuss, no complaints, and no sugar or alcohol — which is a huge bonus. There’s also a children’s version available, which we’ve tried as well and would definitely recommend. It’s rare to find something that feels gentle and natural and actually delivers proper results — but this does exactly that.
