Brilliant steel for the blades, and the blades are very sharp, with a good feel. I usually use Sabatier, but although the handles of these knives are poor, they are as good a steel and blade as their expensive rivals. I was so surprised with how sharp they were when used. I was a little disappointed that there was no thin flexible filleting knife, but all the others made up for that. Excellent buy. First class knives.

Actually l have a friend and she is having chef knife set and it would be my gift to her. She wanted me to open and check all. I took pictures. You can see them. They are very sharp and professional set and with that price, it deserves a good review...Gul

Best set of knives I’ve ordered. A complete collection for a bargain of a price. 10/10 for quality and comfort. Won’t find anything as good as this collection anywhere else.

I have bought these knives as a trained chef about to set up my own mobile catering business and have to say I am delighted with them! They are professional looking and although I have only used them briefly so far they feel great. I have lots of experience with knives and in this price range I don't think there is anything that compares to these - highly recommended!! The fact they arrived hand sharpened is also a great touch although the steel in the set is very good too!

Bought these for my son (21) for Xmas who is doing a chefs course at Oxford and also works as a trainee chef in a gastro-pub. Some of these knives were very good (e.g. the fluted knife). Not all were as sharp as they could be and needed some sharpening. Roll folder was quite good quality. For the money these are a good buy and I would recommend them.

The Blades are very good and i like the fact they can be sharpened, however if you are looking for a Top quality product you might be better off looking for something else. The plastic handles look and feel very cheap.

Good professional knives at a great price

Poor handles, making a good grip difficult results in blades twisting. Poor blade on most of the knives. Too flexible again causing twisting and making straight thin cuts difficult. Have donated set for general kitchen use and will purchase better quality.

Habe das Set für meinen Sohn (Kochlehre) gekauft und muss sagen, das Messerset ist echt Top. Die Messer sing sehr scharf, die Tasche macht einen guten eindruck (fühlt sich stabil an) und ist alles dabei, was in der Berufsschule benötigt wird. Für den Preis ist dieses Set sehr empfehlenswert. Würde die Messer sofort wieder kaufen!

Qualità dei materiali, buona forse poteva essere rifinito meglio ma nel complesso sono funzionali e scorrevoli nel taglio. Ottimi i tempi di spedizione a casa in soli tre giorni.
