We got a set of these for each my two adult sons this past Christmas. They both sent pictures enjoying their favorite beverage out of them! They are beautifully made and well-packaged in a very sturdy box that is as nice looking as the wooden cups themselves! If you have someone who would enjoy the finer side of sipping, this is the gift to give them!!

Gifting- I ordered 2 individual charred barrel tumblers as gifts for bourbon lovers. (I personally do not care for bourbon) First impression- packaged nicely, had a smell which was a little weird to me. Felt light and cheap.... but maybe they ate supposed to be that way. The oak finish was a light stain not a dark stain. Decided to have my bourbon Loving husband to try this out before I gifted these, at $25 a pop, it didn't feel entirely worthy. HIS first impression- cheap, China made. After hamdwashing and allowing to sit and breath a bit to nix the chemical smell ( since chemicals aren't used ????) There was a clearly a waxy finish on the charred part, so it would make it a little difficult to taste any of that into the flavor of your bourbon. After having a bourbon in it.... he was underwhelmed. It kept his drink cold, no change in the flavor, was a cool concept. All in all, not worth the $25, it was a nice look and conversation peice ... which you can get much cheaper. Side note : A little research yeiled, The company is US based but the products are not. Final take, if your looking for a true bourbon char taste you'll wanna splurge on that hand crafted, US harvested and 100% US company that's much pricier. If your looking for cool conversation giftable tumbler, this will probably do, but I'm thinking their may be better available and probably for less.

This review is based on the excellent customer service I received from Oaksip. I gave this wooden bourbon drinking glass to my son for Christmas. When he used it for the first time in February, it had a slow leak from the bottom of the cup. He told me about this issue and I contacted Oaksip via email to see if we could get a replacement cup. Oaksip responded in less than 24 hours and requested a picture of the cup (which I sent). Oaksip's website lists a "1-Year Worry-Free Warranty" which gives you 365 days from the date of delivery to request a one-time replacement for any product defects." They were true to their word! Also, I noticed the Oaksip Wooden Whiskey & Bourbon Glass-Charred on their website and asked if I could pay the difference and upgrade to the charred cup as my replacement. Oaksip said they would be happy to send me the charred cup at no extra cost! Now that's great customer service!! And, I received the new cup (charred) in 2 days! Thank you!!

My husband loves this for his nightly whiskey. It's the right size and keeps your drink fresh without too much ice.

My husband has been asking for these charrred drinking glasses and I was thrilled to find them for Christmas. He loves them and uses them every weekend. They are good solid quality and clean easily.

Looks good, nice packaging

Bought 2 of these as a special gift as the image showed them beautifully packaged and the presentation of this gift means a lot. Mine came in crappy damaged cardboard boxes, the cups themselves are nice. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase.

Cheap Chinese rubbish - not the real thing at all - AVOID - should not be allowed to sell

I purchased this for my brother and it is so beautiful ! The packaging was excellent and it’s truly a masterpiece of craftsmanship. My brother has used it and he is a scotch snob , he found it wonderful with the slight Smokey flavour . I highly recommend it
