Audio started out fine. No issues. After a short time of usage, audio became garbled, scratchy, with popping sounds and a stuttered pattern. Tried multiple troubleshooting strategies. Researching the issue, drivers settings, different ports, uninstalling/reinstalling, Windows 11 onboard troubleshooting helper, etc. No effort of mine fixed or improved the issue. I finally got so livid at this garbage product and its garbage quality that I ripped the headset apart with my hands. $30 dollars straight to the trash. I put on my old BT headphones which have been stepped on, dropped, plugged in and out, contorted, twisted, etc. The muffs are disintegrating. Audio is fine and continues to be fine. Good job vendor and manufacturer. Your product is absolute trash.

Just bought these to replace the ones that stopped working on me.. and the main reason I got these is because it said NOISE CANCELING... but they are ANYTHING BUT ... people can hear EVERYTHING going on around me.. so not happy!! Other then that, the sound is okay and the set up was easy.. If you are needing headset with noise canceling DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT BUY THESE!! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY

I didn't expect high definition sound, I did expect for the headphones to connect and stay connecting while sitting at my computer. The connection is so bad that the sounds starts to get mechanical and staticky when I turn my head. The connection is coming from the left side of the headset, the connection drops while I am looking straight ahead. Sometimes if I look to the right so that the right side is now a straight line to where my PC is, it will straighten out, and then it will go back and forth with me trying to talk and game side eye so that I can hear. It's ridiculous. The same thing happens with my phone, with me holding it right up next to the headset and it still struggling. With this basic issue, there is no price that would make this headset a good value. The RBG lights work. The headset is very light, but even light it took a couple of days for the ears to be comfortable while wearing glasses. Yes, I have used them for about 2 weeks until I can get a replacement pair. During this time, I have tried different things to see if I could find a location or some way to lessen the connectivity issues so that the headset would be usable at the most basic time, while the dongle or Bluetooth is less than 4 feet from the left side of the headset. I couldn't find a way in which to get the headset to function correctly for more than an hour at a time. Once I receive my new headset I will try and return this one. I did get it on sale for $25, which, if it worked even when I did upgrade I would have kept it for a spare. It is unfortunate as the headset is super lightweight, folds up nicely making is extremely portable. A nice little pull string bag would keep the earcups from getting tangled to prevent cracking and breaking from them being caught on something. Reading the reviews others seem to have the same issue that I am having, although clearly not everyone so I'm not sure if a replacement would end up working out but if you need a working headset and cannot risk getting one that is malfunctioning or are planning on giving it as a gift, I would look elsewhere. I usually do a better job, but I needed something ASAP for an appointment the next day when my mic broke, saw the sale, was tired after raking through tons of reviews reading 'best ever!' 'worst ever!' and thought, what's the worst that could happen? Good luck with your purchase! If you choose to buy this item, I hope that you have better luck that I did.

I'm truly disappointed. I trusted the reviews at the time of purchase because they said this product was the best, but it's far from it. The audio quality is poor; it sounds dull and boxy, with no audio fidelity. As I say one thing, I say another. They're comfortable in the ear, and I liked the microphone mute feature, but without the audio quality, it's nothing. I'm looking to request a refund for the item.

I bought 2 of these headsets while they were on sale for $25 and I'm glad that I did, because I'm already have problems with them. One won't pair with it's dongle and the other won't go into bluetooth mode. I don't think these will last long and they're not worth full price. The battery life is pretty good, though I have other headsets that last 3 times as long. I will probably purchase more of those whenever they're back in stock and these finally break completely.

Absolutely terrible! Love the features and sound however it breaks up constantly!

I was so excited when I received this headset. It connected very easily and worked well with all computer applications. After a week I began to notice some functions would randomly stop working. The microphone wouldn't work in the middle of a meeting. During a phone call my voice would suddenly fade away. Even when plugged in directly this device failed to function up to standards. The design of the headset put pressure on my ears. Volume control was unreliable, going from quiet to ear shattering without any adjustment being made. The final straw was when I was conducting a training and my class did not hear me. I immediately started a return for a refund.

I’m really saddened to say, but I don’t recommend this product. I tried getting on discord to talk to my friends and it sounded like I had a bag over my head. That’s how bad it sounded. My friends could barely hear me I would cut in and out if this is something just for a console maybe go ahead because it’s affordable but not good for gaming on PC.

Ich habe mir das Headset für meine PS5 und auch für den PC geholt und bin wirklich zufrieden. Das Verbinden geht super schnell – einfach den Dongle einstecken und es läuft sofort. Beim Zocken gibt es keine merkbare Verzögerung, alles reagiert direkt. Der Sound ist richtig gut. Man hört Schritte und Richtungen im Spiel klar, und der Bass ist schön kräftig, was beim Gaming richtig Spaß macht. Auch das Mikrofon funktioniert sauber, meine Freunde im Chat verstehen mich ohne Probleme. Was mir auch gefällt: Das Headset ist sehr bequem. Die Polster sind weich und auch nach längerer Zeit drückt nichts. Das weiße Design mit den LED-Lichtern sieht außerdem richtig cool aus. Der Akku hält lange und die Verbindung bleibt stabil. Für diesen Preis bekommt man wirklich ein solides Gaming-Headset.

Muy buenos los audífonos se escuchan muy bien, la cancelación de ruido es excelente, de momento me agradan lo único malo es q son un poco pequeños si tienes la cabeza grande y que no funcionan para xbox, pero muy buenos los recomiendo,

Just as advertised: extremely comfortable and lightweight, very slick design, audio quality is very clear and is a great standard, the microphone is functional (not too crisp, but that's really okay). The dongle mode and bluetooth modes are extremely useful as I have a single monitor setup and I use these headphones for my PC and for my PS4 - switching between the modes is fast and just so convenient too. All of the buttons are deep in the sense that, each button has multiple functions which is honestly great because there's so much to do with these headphones (you get used to which button is which very quickly, additionally they provide and infographic to teach you what each button does). Also, thought it may not be presented clearly on the Amazon website, the headphones do come with a warranty for repairs and damages. Simply contact the WESEARY customer service team and they'll sort it out for you; the support team at WESEARY are extremely helpful, responsive, and kind and I appreciate everything they did to help me out. For the price, these headphones are perfect and I wouldn't change anything about them - if you want lossless audio quality and a microphone that emulates real-life speech clarity, then do NOT go for these headphones and start looking at the minimum £100 ones. Then again, who needs all of that when you have a great headset for an even greater price? I have absolutely no regrets and look forward to using these for years to come (and if something happens to it, I have a warranty that replaces it for free)
