Nice option to keep the vanity top dry from wet hands. Is still working after months of constant use

I bought two of these and we absolutely love them. I bought them at the end of December 2024 and now it is October 20 25 and it has stopped working. We’ve done all the troubleshooting suggestions but it won’t work. So disappointed. It dispenses soap when nobody is near it. UPDATE NOV 2025: Seller replaced the defective one free of charge. Thank you!

This is a great product. Works well with any liquid soap product and it doesn’t clot. I love it.

I bought this automatic soap dispenser to use with dish soap so I would not have to touch the bottle when my hands are dirty from cooking, and it has been really convenient for that. I love that you can easily adjust how much soap it dispenses using the knob on the top. That feature alone makes it feel much more customizable than other automatic dispensers I have tried. The sensor sensitivity is also great. It only goes off when I want it to and does not randomly dispense soap. The size is perfect and it holds a good amount of soap, so I am not constantly refilling it. One thing to note is that I mistakenly thought it was stainless steel when I ordered it. That was my fault for not checking more closely. It is actually plastic with a silvery gray finish. It was a little disappointing at first, but functionally it works well. Overall, it does exactly what I wanted it to do and has been a solid addition to my kitchen.

I was skeptical of this product at first,,,we’ve only used it for a short time however so far it works really well. It does squirt out a little fast but that’s all right because I had an old Lysol unit for years that I had been refilling and it was actually quite slow,,,so far this works really well and it doesn’t constantly turn on simply by near by movements. This unit is just about the right size I guess and holds a good amount of soap and looks nice. It’s easy to refill simply by pulling the top part apart, and the controls are right on top of the unit to turn it on and off and to adjust the amount of soap it dispenses. and the unit itself is value priced👍😊

Absolute piece of junk. Would not dispense any soap. Cheap plastic. Unable to get my batteries out of the product because I was afraid it would break. Don’t waste your time.
