After a month of working (great ice cubes) it is now making quite a lot of noise - have tried to contact the supplier but can't find a way

I was really sceptical of whether this was just a gimmick and it would actually solve our issue. Our issue was - every day we use ice, so we had to make ice every day for the next day, which take time, effort and generally makes a mess. We were always running out because the last person did not refill the ice trays and or it takes half a day to make new ice. Also the ice making trays take a lot of room in the deep freezer for very little ice, and we have to buy in ice when we have a drinks party. No more, I dedicated the smallest tray in the deep freeze to ice only. When the ice is getting low, I just turn the machine on and it will make ice until I turn it off. All I have to do it take the newly made ice out of the ice collection bucket and put it in the deep freeze tray. It has made the whole ice issue go away. Now we always have ice, no mess, and we have enough for any drinks party. One of my best ideas!!

Worked ok for a few days , now makes a horrendous screech , sounds like the pump is broke .

Love this little gadget. Add water, press a button and ice nuggets begin to appear. Great for making iced coffee, putting into an ice bag for injuries and adding to water to stop hard boiled eggs cooking - and that was only the first day using it. Really pleased with the look of the machine and of the size. It doesn’t overwhelm or dominate my small kitchen and fits nicely next to the microwave. The machine is quiet and I love to hear when the ice is lifted and dropped into the basket.

I have had the bullet ice machines in the past and this one is much much better, all i can say is i wish i bought this one sooner, it is even quieter than the bullet ice machines. Best one i have bought so far and i have had a few A*****

We couldn’t get this machine to make cubes, the ice would drop into the basket as one solid slab of ice and then you’d have to take the slab out and break it up yourself, which depending on the thickness was very difficult. We tried all the different time settings but not once did we get cubes dropping into the basket. Machine is also quite noisy. Real shame as it looks great on the counter top. Maybe we missed something but instructions are in pretty poor English, so pretty frustrating to read. Ended up returning it.

I bought this ice machine in April of 2023 to use at my office. Living in the south the summers can be brutally hot, I thought it would be nice to have ice available. Now, our ice machine in our refrigerator at home is having some trouble keeping up with everyone home at the same time. I didn't notice until the Christmas holiday when there five of us home at the same time all wanting ice. Here we are in the third week of January 2025 and all of us are home together and out of ice in the refrigerator. Super annoying. I finally decide to add an ice machine at home and was searching for the same one I purchased for work. I'm buying my second one of these today as it has worked so well, five days a week for eight hours a day for almost two years now. It has an option to add the big water bottle on top so you don't have to keep refilling it, but at the office we just keep a five gallon bottle with an electric pump thing next to it and it works better for us. It's very tall with the bottle on top and we lack counter space. Other than that, it uses two average size pitchers of water to fill up and that can last the whole day. I have hauled it home several times to give it a good cleaning, only because living so close to the ocean, dust is everywhere so I wanted to vacuum out the motor areas as well. Plus, sitting water can get a little slimy over a long weekend...especially when it's 60 degrees one day, 90 the next and then 50 degrees the third day. I have had no issues cleaning this machine. It has a drain plug on the bottom so it's not a complicated task. I have gone through five of those bullet ice machines, that ice melted fast and they just kept breaking, they certainly do not travel well at all. So, paid extra to get this machine and I, as well as my office staff have been very pleased. I am a bit of an ice snob and would absolutely love a nugget ice machine, but again living in the south with the heat I do not think one could keep up as it too melts fast. I cannot say enough good things about this ice machine. Great value for the money and as I stated, I bought it in April of 2023 and have used it almost daily since then. It makes ice fast, it's easy to clean and will fit on your kitchen counter. It takes two average size pitchers of water to fill, it's not loud by any means, unless you count the first drop off ice. Perfect for an office staff of ten or a family of five, easy to clean and transport for travel ( camping, road trips) Five stars! I hope this was helpful!

This machine has a high capacity for water which is quite convenient. It also will let you use a water jug, which is a feature I haven't used. I really don't feel the need with how much water it holds. Ice is produced quickly. Ice does get made in blocks. You can keep the ice in blocks which is convenient for coolers or tap the blocks and they'll come apart into cubes. The machine seems like it will be easy to clean. As all parts are easy to access. When running, the machine isn't too loud, but when those blocks of ice drop into the tray that is a bit noisy - but you really are getting a lot of ice, so it's hard to complain.

This is the worst purchase I ever made on Amazon. It hasn't worked since the day we got it. Don't see any recommendations on how to return it. I wasted over $300 on a gift for my son and daughter in law, which will never work. I am at a loss as to what to do to redeem my loss. Never again. I would recommend staying away from this model.

Wonderful ice maker, not load at all just a fan noise works extremely well pumps out the ice non stop wold highly recommend
