Although my first experience had an issue, the seller handled it extremely well and completely changed my impression. They were kind, professional, and quick to respond. They issued a full refund, showed genuine concern, and went above and beyond to make things right. On top of that, the product itself works great and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I really appreciate how they handled everything and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I used mine for close to a year now and have enjoyed using it. Size wise its on the smaller size but if you curl your knees to your chest then I am able to get my shoulders underwater as well. As with most of the inflatable cold plunges this doesn't stay cold for very long but unless you're spending significantly more money this is to be expected. Mine has developed a slow leak recently so I will be replacing this soon with something more permanent. If you are curious about cold plunging and want to get your feet wet without spending thousands of dollars then something like this is a good option, if you already enjoy cold plunges and are looking for something more permanent then IMO i would opt for a rigid structure with more insulation, otherwise this a great option for beginners

I love this thing. worth every penny. Been doing it a week straight and have already noticed a huge decrease in some knee pain and overall soreness from working out and being active. The quality is great, the bottom seems padded or cushioned, and is comfortable to sit in. I'm 5'8 and have plenty of space. I like to submerge my head and work on hold my breath. I found it helps you focus on something other than the cold. I also specifically bought it for the lid and the marketing of "change it every four weeks" I also bought a electric thermometer and its kept the water in the 61-63 degree range. I used ice cold water and three bags of ice when i first fille dit up. I could add more ice to get it colder but i haven't. I also live in Colorado and it's been a rainy few weeks. and my patio is covered and faces north/ little sun exposure. My only complaint is that I've recommended this product to a bunch of people and it seems to be unavailable! Great product and I wish more could invest in the company and support them.

I don’t usually give reviews but if bought one of these two years ago and it has been used many times a week since then. I just bought two more for my adult children athletes. It’s simple, durable for the price, easy to clean and surprisingly well insulated.

Pros: - Shockingly easy to set up. Took me about two minutes to set it up, not including the time taken to fill with water. Didn't even have to look at the user manual. - It's easy to drain and move. - Deceptively roomy. Space to move around a bit and submerge your head. - Cover keeps the water clean and cool. Cons: - It's a little pricey. - It's not as cold as I'd prefer it to be, even with four bags of ice; but I've been doing this for a long time so I want really cold water. In order to keep it really cold I freeze four giant Ziploc bags of water overnight and dump it in the cold pod in the morning. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this product. I highly recommend everyone start there day dunking into one of these!

The thing is all it said it would be, but now looking at it, I wish it were 4" taller. If I sit in there, I will have trouble dipping my head under water. The diameter is just small enough to fit into my shower stall. I also have a bathtub, tried this before, but the bathtub is not isolated so the water never gets colder than 10deg C (48F). In fact overnight the water heats up to 15C. With this pod I hope to run my chiller until the water is 2C and given the insulation it may stay cold for a day, so I do not have to run my machine for hours. Maybe a giant trash can would have done just as well? Tip: If you put this pod inside your shower stall, like I did, place a 1/2" plastic tube underneath so that water can drain. Make sure it has blunt edges not to damage the bottom of the pod. Inevitable you will splash water and the pod will block the drain. Make sure the "drain port (at the bottom)" is located in the far corner. Once there is water in it, you will no longer be able to move this thing.

A cold plunge for less than $150? I had my doubts, but let myself be drawn in by the 4.4 star rating. Delivered yesterday. Set up, inflated the top ring (being careful not to over inflate it per the instructions) and filled with water. Wake up this morning and top ring is already significantly deflated with a very slow leak. I'm not going to re-inflate it daily, so today I'm draining it, re-packaging and sending it back. It's pretty clear from the reviews that the inflatable ring is the weak point in the design. I had figured that it was bound to fail at some point, but wasn't expecting it to be overnight.

Really good bath, great quality and I can sit in it, I’m 185cm. Worth the money.

I received my Cold Pod in record time from my friendly Amazon driver and was excited to get it set up. The pod comes neatly in a handy bag with a small manual pump to inflate the upper ring of the pod. This beauty is super simple and quick to set up(instructions included for those who may need them). 11 minutes to fill, add a block of ice, get in and feel the benefits. I had my first go(10 minutes), an hour before bed and it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had for a long long time. I have used the pod every day for a week and I’m not feeling sluggish, I feel more pro-active and niggling aches are disappearing. Super sturdy Doesn’t take up too much room or look out of place in the garden Portable(can’t wait to take it camping with us) Great thermal cover, the water’s temperature doesn’t rise, even with the beauty sunshine this weekend. Kids love it, we’ve all had fun timing each other, who can stay in the longest. Great fun, great benefits. Super happy customer.

The tub arrived with no lid. There was no logo on the side and the inside colour was different to the image. I assembled it and it felt very flimsy, it didn’t resemble the picture at all, or a tub for that matter- it looked kind of like a deflated bouncing castle. I filled it with water to see if that added any rigidity or structure, and it did not. The tap at the bottom leaked. Honesty, this tub is worth about €20 at most. Don’t waste your money, get something else. A barrel maybe. A barrel would feel more luxurious . I’m returning the tub. P.S. seriously, the barrel wouldn’t need to be new or even clean to achieve a more luxurious feeling than this product.

I was quite skeptical at first about the steep price tag but none the less am fully satisfied has a great build quality, and does an excellent job at maintaining the cold temperature and was delivered before the expected date. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to get into buying an ice bath
