Really fills you up when you are not eating for some reason . I was recently bereaved and could not eat , but the container said it had everything in it . Am still having the odd now . Not cheap but it is a meal . Nice taste , not like milk shake though .

Tastes a bit like the yoghurt half in the Müller corner with the tiny chocolate balls. These work fine as meal replacements, providing 400kcals with 20g protein. The consistency isn't thick, it's filling, and goes down easily. These have long expiry dates well into next year, and can be stored outside of the fridge. The only thing to note is that they're is made with oat flour, so if you have any digestive problems with that, this won't be for you.
