I purchased the hob in March 2025, just eight months ago. The auto-ignition system initially worked fine, but after using the hob for about a month, it started malfunctioning. Within two months of use, the auto-ignition system stopped working completely. I lodged a complaint and got it repaired. However, within a week or so, the same issue reappeared, and I had to file another complaint. Although the mechanic repaired it again, unfortunately, just 15 days later, the auto-ignition system has stopped working once more. I had bought this hob trusting Elica to be a reliable brand, but unfortunately, my assumption turned out to be wrong. I would advise others to explore alternative brands available in the market when purchasing a kitchen hob.

After 1 year product started problems and customer care and service charged for every km and there burner melts and demorff you don’t have choice after buy it you will buy another product of other company bcoz total service charge goes over 5000/- and its true I m facing this problem so don’t buy Elica product it’s Ann Italian company with worst customer service
