Replacement Marked Delivered but Never Received
I ordered the Storio Rechargeable Wireless Mini Portable Bluetooth Karaoke Machine, but the mic was defective and was not working from the beginning. As per your return process, I sent the product back for a replacement. However, it has now been more than a week, and although the order status shows that the replacement has been delivered, I have not received any replacement product. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I expect a prompt resolution. Please update me on the status at the earliest.

Decent speaker, not that great in terms of sound quality but what else can you expect at this price point. Mic is good and has a decent range aswell. Overall durability is also good

This storio rechargeable mini karoke speaker is really wonderful. My kid loved it. She likes singing poem or song via the mic. It has multiple sounds which makes it more entertaining. We can play song via bluetooth or via pen drive also. Good choice for birthday gift
