Reviewed this smart watch first time round. Very impressed, and at a great price. After a nasty accident I don't use or need the step count so much And all the other smart functions work as expected. With aging sight I wanted an easy to read watch, that offered a clear & easy to read day and date functy. And clear clock face on sunny days And decent illumination at night. This does all of that effortlessly. With a multitude of watch faces available, You'll be spoilt for choice, but you will find one you like . At first I went digital display, but now I find the more traditional type of analogue clock face preferable. All in all, I ticks all my boxes. Only downside I personally found was the watch strap. With an injured hand I found it more tricky & annoying to put on securely. So I swapped for an elasticated watch strap ( comes in various colours & you can swap in seconds.. recommended ) Battery life is easily a week plus. So why did I buy two ? Bang on the head meant I kept forgetting to charge it..DOH. So every few weeks it would run out of power and switch off. I searched and bought other watches to supplement this one while I charged it back up..(Casio larger font type, G-shocks & a couple of bog standard watches ) But nothing matched it's performance at a price I was willing to pay. So now when I'm just ofc out and spot the battery is low, I simply pop the low one on charge & switch on the fully charged one & head out with full awareness of time, day and date, at a glance for the next week or so. How Xiaomi make such quality products at such affordable prices I have no idea, But as a company every item I've bought has been excellent quality .

It's overall a good watch - and a great price. Only 2 very minor issues: the watch strap included was very fiddly, so I bought a different type of strap, which was under £10 :-), and I don't know if it was the firmware update that messed with it, but it misses counts when using my exercise bike. It could be that it is step-counting and my bike is static. Works well on the treadmill. Good battery life. Lasts about three days with 3–4 times a day on the bike & treadmill (trying to drop some weight) Bought this after Huawei app for my Band 8 added loads of extra crap on it. Keeping an eye on the Mi Fitness app, though. Can never be too careful. I recommend checking the permissions on your phone.

Brilliant watch battery life is amazing i got 23days on first charge, i love that you can make and receive calls find your phone count steps check heart rate, for the price this watch is fantastic

So far so good, Battery life is amazing, truly does last a long time, comfortable to Walmart and the price is fantastic. The style is clunky on the wrist but i love the slightly bugger screen. I've been hesitant to go in water but it does have a buzzing feature to remove any, screens super reactive, the alarm system and vibrate is great. One start knocked because I don't think the calorie burn is right as its completely different from the fit bit I had before but the step counting is pretty good. Easy to use but I would prefer a swipe back option as you have to go back to the home screen each time you change app. Works great at a normal watch too and i love that you can turn the wrist tilt feature off

I'm wearing it for over half a year now, regularly swim and exercise with it and it still works fine.

What a cracking watch. I bought this for my partner but I've had one for 6 months and love it. It might take a bit of patience to set it up on the software side. There's a couple of videos on YouTube that'll help a lot. But it's not difficult. I use the watch to make and answer calls and it's been flawless. Just remember to adjust the volume settings on your phone WHILE in a call. The audio is good for both parties. The only small limitation that I've found is that you can only import a max of 10 contacts to the phone. Anyone else you'll have use the phone, although you can type a phone number directly into the watch. I have trouble remembering the date never mind a pile of phone numbers! There's a host of watch faces that you can use and it's even possible to import a photo to use as a background for the watch face! My partner uses hers to record how many steps and how much sleep she's completed. I actually removed those features from my setup as I don't need a watch to tell me that I woke up at 3am and didn't get back to sleep untill 5:16am😁. The heart rate monitor might be useful though for people of our vintage. I find the strap to be a bit of a faff to get lined up. It's a press fit. I have replaced the straps on both watches for normal ones. If you plan to do likewise then you need to know the size required to fit the lugs is 22mm. I wear varifocal specs which obviously I remove at bedtime. I have an Amazon echo device which shows the time, but I can't read it without my glasses. Nor can I read a normal watch face. I can however read the font that I installed on my watch in the dark, without my specs. Battery life is exceptional. I charge mine every couple of weeks. I've got so used to answering calls on my watch over Bluetooth I nearly went out in the car without my mobile phone!

It was gifted to my teen son, he lived it, battery life is too good, interface, LCD screen ok for the price, overall good product

Now, I'm just revisiting this review because I purchased one previously for myself and it was so awesome I had to purchase one for my spouse as well and she loved it. It's durable with high connectivity. It has a lot of unique watch face options and customizations. I don't really use it for exercising but I see where it has potential. It also takes a long time to lose charge if you're not using it

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man für diesen Preis so viel bekommt. Die Uhr sieht clean aus, fühlt sich hochwertig an und funktioniert im Alltag und beim Joggen richtig gut. Ich nutze sie vor allem zum Laufen (ca. 5 km pro Einheit) und die Statistiken sind mega motivierend. Bei jedem Kilometer vibriert sie kurz – das gibt einem richtig dieses „Level up“-Gefühl. Pace, Zeit, Puls, Schritte – alles übersichtlich und nachvollziehbar. Der Akku ist für mich ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Ich musste sie bisher kaum laden und sie hält trotzdem locker durch. Für den Preis absolut krass. Schlaftracking funktioniert auch überraschend gut. Man bekommt eine gute Übersicht über Tiefschlaf, REM usw., was ich spannend finde.
