When I first got this pillow, I thought it felt too hard. It’s a memory foam and after a few weeks of using, it has softened a little. It feels so much more comfy now! I love that it supports my neck while sitting in my chair. The pillow is just the right size too. The cover has a zipper so the pillow can be removed to wash. The fabric is soft and it stays well on the back of chair. Happy I found this one!

I had such high hopes for this pillow, but it is just not working at all for me. It pitches my head too far forward, which is as bad if not worse than having no support at all. I’m considering opening it up to see if I can shave it down somehow, but for now-.its back to a rolled up dish towel!

Pluses on this head pillow include color, utility, and convenience. The insert pillow that came with it can be replaced simply by unzipping the back of the pillow, which I did because it was too large for my use. Instead, I use a rolled up towel that fits just right under the back of my neck. You could also use foam of your choice. My only caveat is that it is a bit bulky and unwieldy, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five, but that's my personal pickiness, and might not be yours. Otherwise, I recommend.

I ordered the green one. the only think about it that is right is the color. It came in a boxed brick shape and very hard. It’s super super small. DO NOT WASTE your money. Product is going to be returned. I’m so disappointed that the description was soo misleading. Size, comfort, and material is not as described.

Just the "height", stays very well where you put it. Zipper is definitely invisible!
