I bought this for my son’s birthday. He loves it, it’s small but takes beautiful pictures and videos. He said it was easy learning how to use it. It comes with 3 batteries that last 2 hours each so you can use for a long time and not to have to worry about running out of battery strength.

A such great camera! I have been using since February so now I came here to give my opinion. This camera is not just an action camera, it’s more than that. The combo comes with everything of you need, with one battery I could record for the whole day, but of course it depends of the Quality of video you are using, weather if very hot of course your battery is going to drain faster like your phone. I was in Brazil is very hot, I use going to the beach, swimming pool, parks, at the rain, day light, night light, low light. This camera has a great response with the lights. The brilliant idea of the DJI is giving to this camera an internal memory, so you can start recording right away. But if like to record everything in the maximum resolution you will need a great memory card, because if it has a low quality, it can slow down your camera and you won’t be able to record in total high quality anyway. It’s good it can get a polarized lens set, so if you are in a place like a beach, snow, you can adjust the reflections. The other good thing on DJI pro 5 is the track. The camera will track you don’t matter the movement you are doing. The camera’s microphone is wonderful, you can record everything. If you are inside of some place like your office, bedroom, the camera will capture your voice perfectly. But if you are outside and you need more attention to your voice I recommend to get the microphone DJI mic 2 because the comes with the receiver inside already, and for sure the receiver connection is way better than a Bluetooth connection. With the receiver connection you can be in a such huge distance and the microphone will still capture your voice. Totally different of a Bluetooth connection it gets maximum 10m if you don’t have any interference. So what I can say go pro is nothing close of DJI 5 pro you can you as a personal camera for a blog, webcam, Studio camera and of course a amazing action camera, without worrying about over heating like go pro. If you were in doubt about it? I can affirm for sure DJI pro 5 has everything you need in one camera. Waterproof ocean water and natural water. But after using at the ocean or swimming pool always wash your camera and make sure you closed all the connection’s ports so you won’t have any issues. DJI pro 5 has the functionalities of time lapse, slow motion, tracking, UHD 4k, the app works perfectly and gives you many options of resume of your videos and other options. I’m using on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and works perfectly and I use on my Samsung S20FE and worked perfectly too. Another thing that I loved is when you are recording you can see you on the front screen too. And if you are using just to record around and using only the back screen, so you can turn off the front screen, the same with the back screen. Something I got disappointed with the Insta360 ace pro 2, because I need all the time to move the back screen when I wanna see if I’m recording myself on the right way. This camera with the combo worthy what you are paying for.

So far I love it. I used a GoPro2 many years ago, and the this is so much better. I have used a GoPro Max a little as well since then. Its heavier than I expected but not too heavy. Easy to get up and go. 4K recording is awesome. Lots of excessories available. The battery lasts very long, though I have managed to burn through up to 2 of the 3 mine came with while out recording. Plenty of battery though with the 3 pack. Lots to learn for pro modes for cinematic or Vlog usage but as an action camera its incredibly easy to use. There are several easy pro mode settings teaching videos out there to learn for your style of recording. Love the features and durability so far. Surprisingly ok mic as well though I plan to get a lapel mic if I will record myself speaking. If I drop it out of an airplane tomorrow, I would buy again.

I took the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro on a weekend trip to Chicago’s Loop, and it didn’t disappoint. From recording the city lights at night to stabilizing footage while walking through the busy streets, this camera handled it all. Walking along State Street, I wanted to capture the rush of people, the bright billboards, and the city’s energy. The low-light performance was solid—the 1/1.3” sensor really made a difference in keeping details sharp even in dim lighting. On my way to Chicago, I filmed while driving at 80 mph, and the stabilization kept everything smooth with no weird jitters. Pros: Great low-light performance: Captured Chicago’s skyline at night without grainy mess. Stabilization is on point: Even at high speeds, the footage stayed smooth. Battery life is a lifesaver: Filmed all day, swapped batteries easily, no stress. With the extra battery pack, you can film all day without interruption: the only thing you’ll need is more memory storage. Dual screens are useful: Flipping to the front screen for quick vlogs made things easier. Cons: DJI Mimo app isn’t on Google Play: You have to sideload it, which is annoying. Audio is okay, but could be better: If you’re serious about vlogging, get an external mic. If you’re traveling or looking for a solid action camera, this is a great pick. It handled The Loop, nighttime shots, and high-speed movement like a pro. Definitely worth it for anyone who needs a compact but powerful camera for capturing life on the go.

Returned a dud GoPro Hero13 Black and chose this as an alternative. Found this to be much better quality both in build and software/performance, and at a better price. I'd recommend DJI instead for anyone looking. Very easy to use, plenty of mount options, video and sound quality are great, and great waterproofing seals.

First one ordered was "lost" in shipping, whoever snatched it I hope it didn't work. Video quality is great, setup was a little aggravating but so far I am very satisfied with my purchase. I had an issue with DJI products before but decided to give this camera a try anyway. Fit and finish are great and everything works as it should.

Great product. Disappointed with delivery, took a long time and need to pay. Contact a few customer services response was not helpful. Only one is okay

La cámara llego antes y con todo completo, la he usado por un mes. La he probado bajo el agua y no he tenido problemas. El modo nocturno funciona bien aunque no estabiliza como en modo de video regular, el audio es bueno, la batería dura lo que promete, el almacenamiento interno es un gran extra. El único contra es su software, es complicado y bastante básico en cuanto a lo que ofrece (aún así he exportado correctamente a mi android). En general la recomiendo.

Nice product and easy to used.

Bought this DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro (the adventure combo) for my son and he is very happy. He uses it for hobby and when he go for bike rides with friends. Honestly its been amazing so far. No complaints at all. Video quality is very nice, stabilization is smooth, and its easy enough for an amateur to use without much trouble. He told me it meets and even exceeds all expectations. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend.
