Having a nutritious breakfast in a bowl can be had with cold cereal such as this one. I love this brand because it’s basically been around forever and it’s convenient for you early in the morning and has a low sugar content and the size of the box was also very good because it will last longer. It came fresh and not stale when I opened the box which is also a winner!!

My Favorite Cereal
I have been eating this fruit and yogurt cereal for over 30 years. It is my absolute favorite! But I noticed something with this latest purchase, it is drastically different. The big plus was the large dried yogurt buds along with multiple pieces of dried fruit. Delicious as well as healthy. But when I opened the box this morning I thought there was some kind of mistake, it looked like regular special k. Very little fruit and almost no yogurt buds. I googled the manufacturer and saw multiple complaints about this same issue. I guess everything changes. Still tastes good, but does not have the same appeal. I will continue to purchase and will just add extra dried fruit and probably a sliced banana. But it's not the same. Not the fault of Amazon, just the sign of the times I guess. Still a great value and delivered promptly.
