Good for upper water lining, no eyewatering.
I've used this for years, a lot of others make my eyes burn when using in water line. This doesn't, and it stays put and smudges nicely. Will ALWAYS repurchase, hope they leave the formula alone and don't discontinue!!

Tip frequently breaks off
I generally like L’Oréal products. This eye liner doesn’t quite go on smoothly and in order to not have the tip keep breaking you have to keep the point really short. In doing so the little plastic “collar” scratches my eyelid. Kind of annoying and occasionally painful. Kind of neutral on this product.
