Can you make potstickers with it too? Bao buns?

Yes! Potstickers use the same dough recipe, are folded a little differently, and don't require the agar-agar powder for the soup. For bao buns, the dough is slightly different including sugar and fast acting yeast. Both can be found at your local grocery store. Both can be steamed in the 8" bamboo steamer with parchment liners included with this kit.

Does it come with Broth?

The kit does not include broth but it does include the Agar Agar powder to gelatinize the broth for the soup dumplings.

What do you need to purchase to make the dumplings that are not included in the kit?

You can find that recipe and a vegetarian version on our company website https://www.cookinggiftset.com/recipes The kit includes the Agar Agar powder which is a vegetarian alternative to gelatin, the main gelling component that is key to getting the soup inside the dumpling wrapper. Many of the other ingredients are common household staples or fresh ingredients.
