Not as long as I'd have liked.
These are a bit short for someone of 6 feet or so like me. Probably my fault for not checking before I bought them but to do the exercise shown there's not really enough slack to grip properly.

I’ve only gotten to use them a handful of times due to a back injury, (unrelated to use)but the few times I got to they seemed to be well quality and I enjoyed the length. I will say if you’re taller, you may want to look elsewhere. I’m 5’3 and I would say for most uses they’re good for me, not too long, so taller may have limited uses. I have no experience to compare the resistance against so I’m taking them at their word regarding the comparable weight limits. Overall currently I like them and will continue to use.
