Bunny-lure works great!
Amazing stuff! The cute little bunny who'd been decapitating my sunflowers ran right in the trap for a little dish of spinach leaves with Ramik icky-goo on them. But the trap didn't shut! I oiled the hinges the next day, and BAM! Trapped the beast! I took him for a ride...

Doesn't work.
Joke. Just buy carrots or an apple. I had the best luck with rabbit pellets i feed with. I occasionally have a few rabbits that escape my outdoor enclosure i have to set live traps for. But mostly my daughter, dog, and I can catch them by hand. If tame rabbits wont go for it I highly doubt wild ones will.

No one told the rabbits
This stuff looks like axle grease and smells like cheap perfume. I ain't think anyone told the rabbits they like it. To nights now, in two traps and nary a nibble. My area is over populated and gardening has become a battle. I've had good luck with apples in the past. Caught a rabbit every night I tried with apples last summer. Guess I'll go back to that .

Seems to work
Rabbits in my area breed like rabbits. I catch and turn loose in a nearby canyon. I was baiting with various veggies but sometimes took two or three days to trap rabbits (twelve so far). If I smear some of this lure on lettuce I usually have my rabbit the next morning. I assume the lure odor is helping. Last night I saw a rabbit near my shed and set up my trap with this stuff. After supper I went out to lock the shed and low and behold I already had my rabbit before it even got dark. I'm a believer. It works!
