Although quite fiddly to put together, the type of plastic used is far more robust than more expensive balls on Amazon. The doors are also more sturdy and have less chance of our hamster escaping.

Flimsy. Doesn't fit together. It's crap.

I received the ball an hour ago, I am still yet to discover how the thing fits together! "Simply remove both doors & clip both halves together" it says. SIMPLY??!! "Easy to assemble" EASY??!!I beg to differ.Send HELP! hahahaha

The very devil to put together, we U tubed it and fell about laughing, once we completed the puzzle it was great, but I will not be taking it apart.

We bought this ball as our hamster had outgrown her smaller ball. At first we were concerned by the size of the vents, we thought her feet might get trapped. But it was actually fine, and she's perfectly capable of moving the ball too- it's not too heavy for her to push. Understandably, it's tricky to connect both sides of the ball, but after that its fine and easy to clean. She loves it. It's a good size for a big syrian hamster.

Perfect size for rats, doesn't feel very secure and made out of a very soft plastic material. Probably won't last long but only time will tell. Clear isn't as clear as expected either. Can't give a better review as I'm not the one using it and I don't speak rat....yet.

I brought this for my sons dwarf hamster. He bloody loves it!!Very hardy and I think will last quite a while.
