The most complete watch I’ve owned — no compromises
This is exactly what I was looking for. It checks every box: sapphire crystal, Super Titanium, atomic timekeeping, ana-digi display, Eco-Drive (no battery ever), and 200 m water resistance. On paper it’s already loaded, but in practice it’s even better. The accuracy is essentially perfect thanks to atomic sync, and the solar power means you just wear it and forget it. The titanium case makes a big watch feel light and comfortable all day. What surprised me most is versatility — it looks equally good with formal wear and casual outfits, which is rare for a tool watch this capable. Yes, it’s feature-dense and takes a bit to learn, but once you get it, you realize it has everything you could possibly need: world time, dual time, chronograph, alarms, timer, perpetual calendar, and even the slide rule. Bottom line: If you want a no-compromise watch that does everything and still looks great, this is it.

Great watch, but enormous
Full disclosure: I wound up returning this watch. I am a military pilot so an accurate watch with Zulu (UTC) time is very appealing. I found the setup to be pretty simple by following the instructions. Most features on this watch are used by simply turning the crown to the desired setting and cycling through the lower button - the upper button doesn't seem to be used for much other than the backlight. The build quality is fantastic. With the bracelet, it's lighter than my (smaller) glycine combat sub on a NATO. It feels rugged, sturdy, but still retains fine details and precise clicks. The main hands are clear and visible with good contrast despite the busy face, which was a pleasant surprise when I saw the watch in person for the first time. The watch itself just looks awesome and was complimented the first time I wore it. what I didn't like: There is a small dedicated 24hr UTC dial at the top of the face. Due to its small size, it is obscured by the main watch hands for like 20 minutes every hour (between :50 and :10 on the minutes) and between the hours of 11 and 1 o clock. Effectively a useless dial to me. You can put UTC time on the small digital display which is nice, however you now lose out on having a day/date display (which I love having because I am dumb and forget what day it is constantly). The E-6b bezel is cool, and despite its small size, the numbers are crisp and legible. I used it for a fuel check a few times for laughs while flying. Obviously unless you take it off, you're going to be reading numbers upside down. One thing I didn't care for is that the inner ring of the computer is under the crystal, which makes an odd contrast. Older versions of the watch had the entire E-6b outside the bezel. Finally, the thing I disliked most and the reason I ultimately returned it: the size. It's massive. I wanted a rugged, accurate watch I could wear 24/7; deploy with, something to become a part of me. I felt like a clown wearing this watch, like a child who snuck into his dad's room to wear his clothes. It was so big I felt like someone strapped a hockey puck to my wrist. If you're a gorilla man, it'll probably work for you. I was blessed with 6 1/2" wrists and it absolutely did not work for me. As much as I liked the features of the watch, I felt so ridiculous wearing it that I rarely did and ultimately sent it back. If you like big watches, or you're a big dude, it's great. I looked at thousands of watches looking for something with this many features and there is nothing else that comes close, even among $5000+ watches. If you've got smaller wrists, I'd pass.

Love this watch!
This is the best watch I have ever owned. Easy to read and keeps perfect time. I will admit it is challenging to set but there are many videos that walk you through it. I love the luminous hands for checking time in the dark at night, they are bright enough to easily tell the time. The sapphire crystal is much more scratch resistant than the regular crystal. The weight difference with Titanium makes you forget you have this watch one. I highly recommend this watch, it has become my favorite!

Great Watch
Nice watch and fits great. Not as heavy as other simular styles. YouTube instructions on how to set was easier than reading instructions.

Above and beyond
Watch is perfect. Better than I’d hoped it would be. A little bit complicated as far as the directions go but well worth it. It also looks better in person than the pictures that are shown. I love how when you put in your time zone the hands automatically move to the correct time. If you’re on the fence just get it.

Nice design. Unfortunately the crown and stem were faulty.
I really liked the watch until 10 months in, with the exception being the annoyance of having to switch between calendar mode and dual time mode; you can't display both simultaneously . After 10 month the crown and stem completely disengaged from the watch when I pulled the crown as usual to adjust the mode. You would think this is covered by warranty. Not so. Citizen apparently exclude the crown from warranty (Seiko, their main competitor, does not), and therefore I was initially quoted over $350 to repair it. To me that is inexcusable, especially when a brief Google search shows others have had the same issue. My guess is that whatever internal part keeps the stem in place is of poor quality, and/or the need to frequently switch between calendar and world time modes inevitably wears out the part that holds the stem in place (in which case it is a design flaw).

The crown's machined features dig into my wrist.
Very nice, well crafted watch. Impressive, to say the least. The issue I have with it is that the case is larger than I expected (it is easy to read), but the stem digs into my wrist, making it uncomfortable to wear. There were no instructions with it and the online instructions at the Citizen website are somewhat complex. It still doesn't indicate daylight savings time after several days.

Orologio impeccabile.
