Great quality; vibration is powerful, the top where you stand is spiked, uncomfortable on your bare feet, but if you move your feet to the edges it is more comfortable and the vibration is also stronger. It has manual settings as well as automatic, I love it . It comes with bands but I haven’t used them , I gave it 4 stars because of the spiked base, other than that it’s great !!

Works exactly as described. My body retains water like nobody's business and outside of lymphatic massages especially on my legs, nothing seemed to work before this vibration plates. It feels sturdy under my weight of 287lbs and its pretty easy to use. So far its been helping with my back pains and some swelling have gone done in my feet.

Love it! Works as advertised. The handles do attach to the base and the base doesn’t vibrate. I had another one where handles attached to the vibrating plate and it helped with shoulder stretch and workout. I like the different speeds and how it changes on its own. I looked up the different positions that work with it online

This device is fantastic. I ordered it and the delivery was fast. To my surprise, I liked it even more than I expected. The quality is excellent, and it has different speed settings with three shortcuts for walking, jogging, and running. It's ideal for easily burning calories. I highly recommend it for relieving stress easily and quickly.

I loved this vibration plate. The vibration is strong and feels very effective. It has spikes in the center that help with circulation, although placing my feet toward the sides makes it more comfortable. I really like that it comes with a remote to control the different speeds, and it also includes resistance bands to work your arms. It has helped me a lot with my lower back pain. I definitely recommend it.
