How much weight is it rated for?

This series of the Sheffield Field Box is rated at 30 pounds in the carrying position. At 30 pounds in the carrying position there will be slight deflection of the lid, which will return to normal when the load is released.

Is it ok to stack them in a gun safe?

they do stack but the bottom of each is not as stable as say a .50 cal metal ammo can. I use mine for ammo storage also but only one I have stacked is on top of a .50 cal can. my others are side by side on bottom of safe.

Are you able to remove the stickers and logos to make it a plain unbranded box?

The sticker peeled off the box that I received ..... worst case, peel off what you can and use some goo gone to remove the rest.
