what size tube will this fit over?

Not sure I bought this years ago

Will these fit the lee's under gravel filter tubes, since these are labeled "universal"?

I use these also so yes they should work.

Do these fit a 1" lift tube?

Really can't remember, I switched from an under ground about A year ago and went o a canister filter system which keeps the water cleaner. Hope this helps.
