Working well for me
So far these capsules have made a real difference for me. Unless I’ve had more than normal to drink in the evening, I’m only getting up once in the night to pee, whereas it was twice and sometime thrice before I was taking them. I feel much calmer down there than before and the urgency to pee has diminished greatly. I will definitely be ordering these again.

They take a few weeks to have a noticeable impact
I started talking these just over a month ago it took a couple of weeks to notice a difference, by the end of the first bottle taking 2 a day. Less urgency, less trips to the loo and 50% less night trips. For me these have had a positive impact.

Great product and supports my condition.
Great product which works well for me coupled with my prescribed medication (tamsulosin) as I have a benign prostate enlargement condition which needs managing! I take one at breakfast and one in the evening always with food and a glass of water. I highly recommend and will continue to buy.
